Really good Doctor! but worst receptionist EVER! She made a mistake and cited someone that has a name similar to mine and that person got called and cancelled my appointment as expected.. Receptionist didnt want to accept the mistake and I had to re-schedule my appointment The day I went to my appointment it was for 1:30 PM I arrived by 1:20 PM and that same day I left at 4:30PM I was REALLY MAD for waiting 3 worthless hours AND DIDNT EVEN SEE THE DOCTOR , most people were waiting for 2 or more hours just like me. Enrique G. is a Good Doctor but his receptionists are giving him a bad reputation, the worse in the area, hope he realizes! Ive seen other ppl reviews just like the same but from 4 years ago.

I have had past appointments with Dr. Gutierrez, and let me tell you, it had some bad service. I would come in a little before my set appointment... and sit there in the waiting room for over an hour waiting to get called in, and while Im waiting, the medical assistants in the front dont even say a word to you. They act as if you dont even exist unless its to get your copay. No respect. Then i finally get called up to get my vitals taken and to wait in the actual room to be checked for another 30 minutes for the doctor to walk in.. and usually, hes only needed for like 5-10 minutes. So i waited an hour & a half just for a 5-10 minute talk with the doctor. WHAT GIVES? Never again will I spend my money there.

Horrible experience. Had a scheduled appointment at 2:00 p.m. and I was seen by the doctor at 6:15 p.m. Went in for chronic sinusitis and he prescribed me for migraine. Had high blood pressure as a result of pain and he prescribed me for high blood pressure without referral for routine tests. Of course, I couldnt leave since I had to pay in advanced. Personnel didnt want to reschedule for a more convenient time. In summary, if you need pain meds without a thorough medical consultation, hes your guy. If youre hipoglycemic make sure you bring breakfast, lunch and dinner since youll spend all day at the lobby waiting to be consulted. Terrible experience.

Not worth any stars sorry i wouldnt recomend this doctor to anyone unfortunately. I guarantee 75% of his patients dont have smart phones to rate this office and dont know anything about google. Wow the wait is horrible the staff can careless about there double booking and disregard the sick. I have seen it first hand. I will not return to this office and wish i never came. Average wait and this is my second visit is 3 hours with an appointment not sure about walk in but i came before lots of patients and they were seen and left before i was called. Its become a bussines not a profession.

We came to visit Dr. Gutierrez looking for and endocrinologist, as appears at the US News & Wolrd Report online. I called to make and appointment to confirm he was an endocrinologist. After the appointment, my wife continues sick. We had to came back for the prescriptions because they are very disorganized that was when we found that he just was a general doctor. What a waist of time and money!!! Putting my wife health at risk!! I ask one of the peolple at the desk if they knew about him appearing as an specialist online. The answer was that "He does not have control over that" really!!!

This office doesnt even deserve one star!! The staff is so unprofessional .It took them a month and a half to send a referral to the same doctor that was already in there system. You have to keep calling and its a run around yet they still dont do the job.The referral lady named Anna is rude and doesnt do her job!! To top it off you go in at your scheduled appointment time to sit for 2 hours in the lobby then go into the room for another hour only to be seen for under 15 minutes and still have to wait to check out! How is this place still open. Horrible!!

Such a great doctor but the office staff is god forsaken awful... Rude and unprofessional and not very helpful.. i had someone tell me to call the local pharmacy for my prescription with out asking my name or dob. Not knowing that i had zero refills remaining and so sad... not worth the aggravation. The app is a joke... no info updated... and never received a call back with my test results. Was told to schedule an appointment so they can gladly take my Co pay to go over my results...

Great doctor but the worst service ever! My appointment was at 1pm and I arrived at 12:45. The medical assistant did not bother to verify my insurance until 2PM!!! Meanwhile, patients who came in after me went in before me!! I told the medical assistant and she apologizes and tells me shell put me in next. .15min later they call in 3 more people who came in after me! I was so pissed. I was there for two hours and walked out. Never going there again. Worst staff ever!

Great experience came on the office reffered by another patient. Dr. Gutierrez sit down with me explained with details what would be the plan he as a Dr. And I as a Patient will be following. Came in with diabetes and over weight. My diabetis is under control so is my asthma and my allergies. No Drs Ive been visiting were able to control my allergies and asthma. And never was diagnosed with diabetis. Will reffered him to any body.

The worst people there is no way this doctor is any good with this type of staff. the wait time makes no sense they are very unorganized with appointments and scheduling you might as well walk in since there are being scene first. We waited an hour in the waiting room and as long after be called in. If you health issues dont come here or u will faint like one patient did that was diabetic and waited three hours to been seen.

The waiting time is horrible, whats the point of making an appointment if you are going to keep me waiting for more than 2 hrs before i get called to the back to be left alone in a room for another 30 minutes and the dr.is only there for 5 minutes and then wait another 30 minutes before i get my prescriptions...dr. gutierrez is great just the service is ass

One star because I cant do negative ones. Office staff super rude, waited two hours after my appointment time and had to leave, got tired of waiting. Unprofessional, poor operation. Stay AWAY! Im not one to post reviews, but this one had to be told. Im calling my insurance company next.

I hate this doctor. I hate bringing my mom here. No point in making an appointment they wont see you until 2 hours or more later. My mom had an appointment at 10:30 and was not seen until 1pm. This happens all the time! I literally dread having to take her here.

Dr. Gutierrez is an Awesome doctor with a great personality. I honestly had a good experience at his office, yes there was a wait time but I was a walk in, so that was understandable. His staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable. So no big complaints.
