By far, the worst experience I ever had. Alberto is a disrespectful individual with absolutely no professional skills and poor English language skills. I went as a new patient, and Alberto treated me like I was some sort of ”punk”. He would raise his voice at me while discussing my medical issues with the door open for no reason. At one point he left the room in a very aggressive manner without even saying that we were done or finish with the visit. I called him back to see if we were done and to ask why he was so upset and disrespectful. He began to raise his voice even laughter and proceeded to insinuate that I was tell him how to do his job when all I did was tell him what my previous primary doctor for five years had recommended for treatment. Never again.

En la oficina del Dr. A. Mendez el front desk son muy odiosas, no tienen ni idea de educacion. Y a el doctor no lo recomiendo por que dice una cosa en consulta, prescribe otra en papel, y si uno le pregunta para estar seguro de lo que es se enoja. Segun demuestra su primordial interes no es presisamente el paciente. Muy mala experiencia.

Horrendous practice save your time and go somewhere else. Dr Mendez is unsympathetic and rude towards its patients. Switch to Dr Sardinas thinking that would fix the problen of this facility but there wasnt any difference. Was sent for a test that nobody could decipher what was to be done, when I went to try to figure it out in their office nobody was of help, sat me down for 3 hours without any resolution. Terrible doctors!!! And the frony desk was no manners

Dr. Mendez has always been very professional and has a really great staff. I know any issue my family might experience we are in good hands with Dr. Mendez. I really cant say enough good things about this office. They are very honest and always accommodating. They care and it shows. They are also very close to my work office so its super continent too. 5 out of 5

If I could give Alberto Mendez zero stars, I would. Extremely rude, became very aggressive and started shouting at me because my job was calling me after waiting in the exam room for over an hour and a half. He started slamming things down and yelling in my face. I thought he was going to hit me. Very short tempered doctor, unprofessional & capable of doing harm.

I saw Dr. Sardinas and I was very happy with the office and very happy with the doctor. I wasnt waiting a long time I was there about 35 mins and that includes me filling out new patient appts.

Dr. Mendez is doing an amazing job with my husband. Staff is very helpful. Needed a letter for travel and while the pcp said 2 weeks. Dr. Mendez staff had it done in 3 hrs.
