I always heard okay things about this place, so I decided to give it a try when I got this horrible rash out of nowhere. I had been to one place before Dr. Gross and they gave me medicine that didnt work, so I came here to see if he could help. I told him what the Dr gave me and he literally gave me the same exact medicine just a higher dose for longer. It still didnt work. I was literally only there for like 15 min. Now my second complaint is today I called there too see how much a wart removal would be. They said $125 for ONE wart, even though I have been there before. When I was asked if I wanted to make an appointment, and I said no thank you, the receptionist hung up on me. Do not go here.

Great experience. I waited only 10 minutes to see Dr. Gross. He was very polite. I told him of three issues I wanted him to look at. The first one he was prepared to freeze, but after further examination, he confirmed it was just a mold and it wasnt needed. Then a discoloration I had on my back had disappeared by the time I could see him, so he told me if it happens again, just come into the office and he will take a biopsy (no need for an appointment). Lastly, I had a small bump on my head and a quick procedure and he took it out. I forgot the name if it, but he confirmed it was benign and nothing to be concerned about. Overall, very professional.

I first saw Dr. Gross 3 weeks ago. I waited 5 minutes in the waiting room. The receptionist, Tasha, is also very nice and helpful. I have been to many different doctors for acne from hormones and have had no solutions. Dr. Gross put me on a new type of medicine that I hadnt heard of. It didnt help much, so I called him about it a couple weeks later. He fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He really knows his stuff and I now have a medicine that works. Thank you.

He is a rude and insensitive person. He basically diagnosed me over the phone and told me to look it up online (worst thing a person can do). When I saw him, he barely answered any of my questions and was in and out in a minute or two. I think he knows his stuff, but he also didnt even take the time to take a history on me before making his diagnosis. He doesnt know how to interact with people.

I asked particular questions and they were disregarded or told they were age spots. The word age spots was used far too often. I am 48 years old. A number of areas of concern he ignored turned out to be cancerous. He did not listen to me, he was like a robot during the exam. Age spot, age spot.......I would not trust him at all!

without looking at my previous (not covered by ghi) doctors chart, or listening to me, he brusquely circled a spot on my arm, which he was going to cut away. completely bizarre behavior.

We love them there. Been using them for 16 years. Dr., Gross has a terrific personality which is needed - a lost art in this country.
