Wasted 6 years taking my grandmother there for her RA & Osteoarthritis. He does not truly care about his patients... his only concern is to make money. He repeats the same exam every single time you see and ask the same exact question.. its not a sincere exam to see if theres been improvement or how he can improve his service to you. He is in robot mode and god forbid you question his treatment plan to educate your self because he certainly is not caring enough to want you to understand. The last thing that made me decide to post this was he dismissed my 86 year old grandmother from his practice because I would not pay a 25 no show fee. Which by the way My grandmother never signed any form notifying us of this policy. I did in fact cancel this appointment but not with 25 hour notice. So when I asked for them to provide this fix indicating that we ( myself or grandma) was aware of this policy they could not. So 2 hours letter when we get in to exam room he proceeds to scold me like a child for not paying the 25 dollar fee. I explained my grandmother was a long time Pt and its not like we miss our appointments often nor can she really afford to pay an additional 25 on top of a 65 co pay when she recently becaone a widow... let me tell you he could care less. Following visit he ststrted refusing to give her certain treatment I guess in hopes we would leave practice but when we didnt he sent a letter saying he did not feel he was helping her and that we should find care else where. Heartless, money hungry, robotic jerk . Do waste your time. Trust me Im not one to fill these reviews out but people deserve to know about him.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Kapil for 5 years. His office staff is amazing. The PA-C is amazing and a wonderful addition. I have never had any issues with the staff sending prior authorizations or contacting Prime Pharmacy for my injections. Highly recommend. Best Rhuematologist in Central Florida. I have visited others and they had no bedside manner. I hope this review helps you when deciding on a specialist.

Dont waste your time, or energy! He is prejudice against certain doctors, and medications. He will NOT READ YOUR 17 YEARS OF RECORDS WHICH INCLUDE TESTS RESULTS CONDUCTED AT ACTUAL LABS! HE WANTS TO MAKE MONEY AND START ALL OVER LIKE YOU JUST DEVELOPED THE ILLNESS TODAY. IVE DECIDED TO RETURN TO MY RESPECTABLE DOCTOR, AND PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR IT ALL.
