Dr. Bart and Dr. Wade are great! Dr. Beth on the other hand is rude and snide. She wouldnt even come out of the back to speak to me when I picked up my pet. She kept yelling from the back instead of asking me to wait a moment so she could speak to me face to face. X-rays showed a mass in her stomach. My dog could have died if I would have followed her advice of feeding my pup chicken and rice. My pup had eaten a large amount of carpet and couldnt keep food or water down and hadnt had a bowel movement in 5 days. I ignored Dr. Beths advice and brought my pup back the next day and requested that Dr. Beth go nowhere near my dog. Got surgery and Dr. Wade found a large obstruction of carpet in her stomach. Dr. Beth should be ashamed. She cared more about cleaning and getting off work than she did about the pet she was treating....or not treating I should say. 3 stars for Dr. Beths incompetence and rudeness. 5-stars otherwise.

I obviously gave this place 5 stars because I work there and I absolutely love all my coworkers! I want to address the post below me.... The situation mentioned by Mr. Grove is a gross misunderstanding! Dr. Beth is amazing and she was not even working when Mr. Grove thought she was " yelling at him from the back" . The person trying to communicate was doing a treatment on a sick patient in the farthest treatment room and couldnt walk up front at that moment. We apologize sincerely if he left feeling dismissed. All three doctors were of the exact same opinion regarding his dog , Dr. Beth was not even involved in her diagnosis or treatment plan.We are all extremely happy that miss Sharla is doing well now!!! We all love Dr. Beth and hope she stays with us forever!

When I took my dog to get nutered by dr.beth he almost died I do not recommend her she was rude and messed up my dog he had to have staples put in him and hip skin and lips were gray we took him home the day of the messed up surgery she said he would be fine but as we were eating dinner he turned completely white and dropped on the floor we immediately rushed him to dogwood where he was fixed and watched by there loving crew but other wise I like this bed but Beth need to go

The entire team at Heatherdowns Vet Clinic is absolutely amazing. They are willing to answer questions and give you honest answers. Dr. Bart is an incredible veterinarian who always keeps his patients (and their owners!) in the forefront of his thoughts. I am so grateful to the Heatherdowns Vet Clinic team! If you are a pet owner and live in the Toledo area, you MUST take your furry friends to this clinic!

Doctor Bart is by far on of the most friendliest people I know. He genuinely cares about his craft and the animals he works with. He will happily take great care of any pet you have. His staff is also very kind and enjoys what they do. Highly recommend
