Dr. Sarah Middleton and the staff there have taken care of my two babies Happy and BobKitty, since they were young cats. One occasion I had to have emergency surgery because my cat got into some trouble. Dr. Middleton was able to get him back to his normal self. She is so kind to the animals and so is Kathy her assistant and Kari that works at the front desk. Kathy has worked there just as long as Dr. Middleton. I would definitely recommend this vet. I have lived in Walled Lake since 1999 and have been coming here since about 2005. I got my cats in 2003. Dr. Middleton has pulled out a tooth on one of my cats and it healed nicely. And the best part is that Dr. Middleton is a Spartan!! I heard the vet school at MIchigan state is one of the best in the state.

We have been visiting Doctor Burns and Doctor Middleton for several years. We took our beloved Jimmie to them for 6 years until he passed on and we have been taking out beloved Louie Chauncy to them since we got him a little over a year ago. The Doctors have been attentive to our extended familys needs and also have been attentive to our concerns about our beloved animals. We appreciate the time they spend with us and our pet. James has also been helpful in helping ease our worries about out concerns.. The office manager has also assisted in helping our out of state family member be involved in the care of out pets. We highly recommend them to anyone that wants their pet cared for by Doctors that treat them like they are their own.

LOVED Dr. Burns. We went for our first visit last night and had the best experience. We had been going to our previous vet for over a year. We never got any answers from them and it seemed like all they wanted to do was take our money and rush us out. Dr. Burns answered all of our questions, explained to us what is happening with our dog, spent the amount of time a Doctor should spend with us, gave us ideas on new things to try. Both him and his vet tech loved our dog. They were nice to him, played with him while in the room. We were just so impressed by the difference of treatment we received here as opposed to our last vet! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I take my 16 year old cat Kassey here and could not be happier. Dr. Burns is very knowledgeable, kind, and not one to perform unnecessary procedures. He genuinely cares for the animals and very honest. When my cat has been sick, he thoroughly explains exactly what she has and what treatment options are. The receptionists are also very friendly and helpful and willing to answer questions. Wait times are very short and I am normally able to schedule an appointment the day or day after I call! I feel that this veterinary clinic has gone above and beyond what they are required to do! A very satisfied cat and cat owner!

They need to update their billing system as they have no way of knowing what animals are coming in for an appointment. If you have more than one pet, they are all listed under your name and anything you do is then needed to be searched for the right pet. They get it wrong sometimes. I only gave four stars as the office staff does not take responsibility for their mistakes. At least that has been my most recent experience. The vets are great. Dr. Burns and Dr. Middleton are first class people who are gentle with your pets and really get to know you and them. I recommend them highly.

The Walled Lake Veterinary Hospital is a safe and loving destination for your animals when they are ill. From the first time in the door to the check-up phone call from Dr. Middleton, I was convinced that my cat was in good hands. (Can you imagine that, a Doctor taking time to call and see how my pet was doing?) Whitey was doing much better within two days on the medication she was given. If you want a fancy chain vet, go elsewhere. If you prefer your animal feel safe and secure, call Walled Lake Vet. Hospital. Both Whitey and I give it a big thumbs up!

We have been going Walled Lake Veterinary Hospital since 1987 when moved in here. The Walled Residents are especially lucky to have the best in the whole area My cats have been taken care very well. They call over to our to make sure everything is in order. We wound never take our anywhere else. As a Ex Councilman from walled lake I have seen much growth in the last couple years. when you see new people you see more animal that need a doctor too. We just love our Walled Lake Veterinary Hospital

All of my experiences with the Walled Lake Veterinary Hospital have been great. Very friendly staff. Pricing is competitive. One thing I like is that they do not try to upsell you on additional services. I do not have alot of extra cash so I prefer to do the basic shots, exam, etc. Since I personally would not spend thousands on pet surgeries or other expensive treatments, I like working with a Vet that understands that. I think the WLVH staff is great in that regard. Youll be pleased.

When my Fantail Goldfish, Lazarus, was near death with sepsis, I was told by the pet store owner that a veterinarian wouldnt save my fish, but then I found Dr. Burns. I called his clinic, and he responded quickly with compassion and a treatment plan that saved my fish!!! I cant even come close to expressing my gratitude for his kindness, expertise, and effort to reach such positive results for my dearly loved fish. Dr. Burns is a true partner to any pet and pet owner in need.

The entire staff at Walled Lake Vet are outstanding. They are very attentive to the patients needs. I went to Dr. Burns for a second opinion regarding my 11year old tabby girl. He put my mind at ease after doing appropriate tests to ensure that nothing major was going on with her (she was eating like a horse and then throwing up). Fortunately, she is improving now and becoming more like the kitten I adopted 10years ago. Thank you for all your time and help.

We have been going to Walled Lake Veterinary Hospital for the past (at least) 10 years. Dr. Burns, Dr. Middleton and the staff are wonderful. Very caring, knowledgeable and accommodating. I find it very easy to get an appointment and if I have an urgent concern, I can get in right away. I feel they truly care about your pet. Our Oakley walked in to his appointment with his tail wagging. I wouldnt think about going anywhere else. Sharon Rogers

Just had an experience with Walled lake vet clinic. We did not feel that the staff disclosed total cost of the service until check out .. called in advance asking for total cost and we were told one thing charged another at the desk.. sad to say after several years we are looking for another vet.. when staff was asked about difference in cost we were told (thats the way it is ) Dr Burns is great but not happy with his staff..
