Going from one dentist to another is tough for an adult patient. When it was time to take my daughter for her first dental visit, the last thing I wanted to do was put her thru a frightening experience. Picking a pediatric dentist was my only option. When we walked into Kangaroo Smiles, the first thing that caught our attention was the lovely smells of fresh baked cookies. It made no sense why a dental office smells so yummy. Come to find out, Kangaroo Smiles has a lovely sent in their office, clean and fresh. We were greeted and checked in with quick and ease thru the paperwork and insurance process. We were instructed we will be seen shortly. We sat in the waiting room and my daughter sat right down to play games on the provided iPads. (What? Who provides iPads) Not five minutes went by and we were called in for our visit. This was our first visit, so I was ready to grab my daughter and run for the hills. Well my daughter sure impressed my self and the entire staff of Kangaroo Smiles. She was easy to do an exam on. Well I think it had a lot to do with the calm, friendly, professional experience provided by the doctor. Dr. Mona took to my daughter like she was her own daughter. She was kind, gentle and paid strong attention to detail with my daughters exam. Dr. Mona told me my daughter has some crowding in her teeth and instructed me on how to properly floss her teeth. I was told she may need braces later on but not to worry about it right now. Dr. Mona showed me a great way to help brush my daughters teeth too. Finally Dr. Mona asked about my daughters eating habits. Uh oh. This question concerned me that Dr. Mona may have found some thing. I explained to Dr. Mona my daughter eats only a vegan diet, does not eat any sugar, does not drink sugary drinks and is brushing and flossing 3 times a day, I was told my daughter has perfect dental hygiene and beautiful teeth. Well all I can say is, thank you Dr. Mona and Kangaroo Smiles for a beautiful experience. Namasté

AWFUL. My daughter is a strong will little girl and I warned them in advance. She wa supposed to have a crown on a chipped tooth and let me tell you, not only were they unprepared, they seemed scattered and Unsure. They medicated my Daughter with some Liquid, Then gas then novocaine. Strapped her down with a head to toe restrain. My daughter was screaming and Crying. And a Simple Crown turned Into a 3 hour traumatic event where my daughter was left with a dark crooked tooth that Feels Like SANDPAPER! Dr. Mina said she wasnt happy with the results and I sure as all hell wasnt. My husband started telling g her that my daughter tortured enough and he didnt want anything else done. After a few hours and we are ready to lesvr, I was told not to let Her eat apples, her favorite. And to have her eat on her side (ok shes 3). Later My daughter spiked a fever And I called the the office, the receptionist Said shed have the Doctor Return my call. Its been a couple Days. I expected a less traumatic Experience for my Daughter my husband and I. I expected better quality service.....QUALITY!!! Needless to say, she wants her sandpaper, black, crooked tooth out, she tells me every morning. We are getting her records and running fast to a more experienced pediatric dentist. Sorry as much as the office is nice and they talk sweet, they lack Quality and thats more important than a facility that has iPads and A flat screen.

My wife and I took our 5 year old daughter to Kangaroo Smiles last night. I had NO IDEA what to expect. Our daughter has had some difficulty in the past with my wifes dentist... Like any 5 year old she gets nervous about some of the machines, photos, xrays, etc... The last time we took her to my wifes dentist she wouldnt let them do the xrays. Last night I was blown away at how easy it was for our daughter to sit through her entire dentist appointment with Dr. Mona and her amazing staff. From the minute we walked in our daughter was so comfortable and we had an amazingly positive visit!! All day long today shes been telling everyone about how great her new dentist is and how much "fun" she had there yesterday. Shes telling everyone she "cant wait" for her next visit!!! THANK YOU Dr. Mona and Kangaroo Smiles. Our family is truly grateful and excited to work with you in the future.

Since the moment I walked into the office until I left I was treated with so much respect and felt like I had been part of this dentist office for years . Dr Mona is truly remarkable and she runs a beautiful office. Its super kid friendly and clean . Dr Mona and her staff were eaxtrelly polite and informative and answered all my questions and my baby loved them . For the first time in a long time my daughter is actually excited to go to the dentist and doesnt want to leave Im so happy I found this place !!!! Thank you Kangaroo Smiles you guys are the best !❤

We took our 6 year old to be seen by Dr Mona , It was an amazing experience from start to finish. We felt very relaxed in the waiting room , we arrived early and there was more than enough entertainment for our children, Dr Mona greeted us and talked to our daughter and gained her trust right away. Staff were very nice and professional. Dr Mona managed our daughter very well , No crying or struggle. The office is very clean and organized. We are very happy with this experience , our daughter looks forward to go back.

I am so grateful that this kids dentist opened here. My pediatrician has been telling me that I need to take my kids to a dentist for a long time now, but I could not find a place that takes my insurance. My 4 year old had a few cavities that needed to be fixed, and Dr. Mona was amazing. I think I was more nervous than my daughter! She explained everything to her, and had a kid friendly name for all the tools they used. They even stayed open later for me so I didnt have to take time off work.

We took out son Tyson for the first time to a dentist. I happen to find her office on Google and loved how new her office was. Even though my son was freaking out of course what toddler wouldnt she did such an awesome job ! Very imformitive !!. I was worried about a bubble that was on my sons gum and she was very thoroughly full of information ! Thank you DR MONA youre awesome we will be in soon with the baby he is getting his first 4 teeth in as we speak :)

Wow ! What a great experience i had with this awesome dentist. Having a 3 year old who has bad experiences at the dentist and flipped it all around in a diffrent scenery. I couldnt have made a better decision. Doctor Mona and her staff did such a great job with my little one. They made him feel so comfortable to calm him down just a little. They go out and beyond to make my little mans visit as calm as they can. I love it and cant wait to go back.
