Tried to schedule an appointment through the automated phone option. Very frustrating. The computer never could understand my last name though it is simple and I spelled it for her twice. Plus the available appointment times on the automated phone option are not the same as the ones showing on the website. Good grief. Why cant we just talk to the local office instead of a computer?

Maybe management DID listen to the prior negative reviews. I walked in for a blood draw on a weekday morning and was immediately greeted and registered. The phlebotomist drew my blood with no problems (one stick, no bruising) and I was out of there in 10 minutes. It could not have been easier. They ARE closed for lunch so be sure to check the hours before you just show up.

People arent lying. Only one person working at the desk and she has been gone nearly 20 minutes while there are 5 of us waiting. They need to get their priorities straight and be more customer focused. Id be embarrassed to be the office manager at this establishment. Poor business. Now there are 7 of us at the end of this review.

Very slow and unprofessional service. They only have one person on staff. I called to try to make an appointment as well and the only way to do that was through an automated service. I was unsuccessful in scheduling an appointment and had to walk in. Ended up waiting about 2 hours for a simple preemployment drug screening.

I was greeted right away, signed in and the receptionist copied my ID then took me right back. They were very helpful in getting me set up for my "blueprint" through insurance. The lady that took my blood was very good at it. Cant comment on the bruising cause I bruise very easily. I would definitely recommend them.

Tried to schedule an apt. (via phone) and could not get a human on the phone to help. Only option was to go thru automated phone support menus for scheduling. Very frustrating experience.
