I stopped counting the number of office visits I had to make at 6. My eye exam on visit number 1 didnt actually include a vision test. The young man who was responsible for assessing my correction need didnt actually bother to do so. When I went back, the doctor admitted that the prescription they had given me wasnt even close to correct. Thus far, I have paid a lot of money and taken a LOT of my time to get glasses. I am generally very patient and understanding, but the major inconvenience, coupled with the fact that everyone in the office except for the optician is perpetually cranky, makes me look forward to ending my relationship with Mobley.

I order glasses 7 week ago and they told me i need to wait about 2-6 week to get my glasses , and now its 7 week already! im so pissed! When my mom call they said its not ready then they say call 2 more day and then we call again that the glasses is not ready and then they dont say anything to us when is actually ready this is my first time ordered glasess more than 2 week im not recommended to everyone and today my mom call again for 3rd/4th time and they said again that the lab isnt doing my glasses yet like seriously it been 7 week and they not doing my glasses like wtf ! I wonder why this place is so empty with costumer.

My first experience here with the doctor was agreeable for a simple eye exam in which nothing was done as there is nothing wrong with my eyes. My wife took my daughter here and purchased glasses. I did not agree with the purchase due to cost. I called within an hour of the visit and was told it was too late to cancel because they were already in the lab. I called their lab and confirmed the order had not been sent yet. After canceling the order in person I asked my wife to take my daughter to a different eye doctor to get her glasses and found that the prescription was incorrect. We purchased glasses through them instead.

Friendly and knowledgeable. From moment of entry Lacy made me feel welcome. She carefully explained everything she was doing. Everyone was professional and kind. No high pressure sales. George gave me my PD measurements with no problem and took the time to carefully explain costs, options and even gave me some tips in case I decide not to buy glasses here. OD was interested in my online glasses purchase and checked them for accuracy as compared to my Lenscrafters pair out of genuine curiosity. Really above and beyond service. Will be back and will also refer others. Thank you, Mobley Eye Care!

This is the worst place ever. The ugly lady with poorly applied makeup in the office (Tonya) is absolutely rude. She accused me of not paying for my service when I did and had the receipt to prove. When she realized that she was wrong she did not offer any apologies, yelled at me and walked away from attending to me.This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received and non of the other staff members spoke up.This is the second time that I was treated poorly here. Horrible place! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. SAVE YOURSELF AND STAY AWAY!!!! #poorcustomerservice #mobleyeyecare #austell

Unfortunately 0 is not an option here, so I must put 1. They charged me and my insurance over $1,000 for frame and lenses. After a few days, I realized that my vision was not correct. I went back and they admitted that they had accidentally put in the wrong lenses. Instead of correcting their mistake, they stubbornly wanted to charge an extra $200 to have it fixed. Now I am stuck with glasses that do not fit me properly. And dont let the Demandforce result on Google search fool you - this is a paid review service for businesses that lets them pick and choose what to put out there.

Poor CUSTOMER SERIVCE! After speaking to them over the phone making an appt i gave them my Ins number they called me back the next day and asked for the number again i gave it to them i was then called to confirm the appt. At neither of these time did they tell me i had a co pay and ive never had one with my ins for my daughter never. We drove 45 mins to come to this appt and they refused to see her when she had a painful busted blood vessel in her eye i asked to speak to the manager she completely ignored me!! She was rude and they did not do there job! I will not be returning!

Horrible customer service. I walked in after having called and was greeted with silence as the workers were debating what they were going to eat for lunch. I walked around for about 10 minutes before anyone came over to offer their assistance. (10 minutes is a super long time in such a small store) The selection for mens glasses was EXTREMELY thin. I went down the street to Pearle Vision and spent over $1,000.00 on glasses and sunglasses and received AWESOME customer service AND a discount. Definitely need a process by which new customers are WELCOMED into the store.

The worse experience of my life. I purchased two pairs of glasses just to have a back up pair and the prescription was totally off. I went back a second time because I couldnt wear the glasses only for them to give me another two pair of incorrect prescription glasses. The doctors explanation for why the prescription keeps being wrong is because she doesnt have my old glasses to give me the correct prescription....what type of crap is that? Now Im stuck with not one but two pair of glasses that I cant use. Wish I wouldve checked out the reviews first

Got my glasses in 2 weeks. My husband has been waiting nearly 2 months for his. For 6 weeks we were told they were scheduled to be in on 1/11 only to find out on the 13th that they sent off the prescription wrong and had to send it off a second time. It would have been understandable had we have been told that in the beginning, mistakes do happen. But, weve been getting the run around as to where his glasses are and when theyll be in ever since. We will not be using Mobley Eye Care again.

This office has just lost me as a patient, I have never experienced such poor service in my life. I wish Dr Dean Mobley would address some of these reviews. I see he reply to more of the positive reviews than the negatives ones. I will NOT recommend Mobley to anybody nor will I EVER go back. Glad I found these reviews. Make sure to check out the complaints on the BBB website, Dr Mobley dont respond to those either. Always check out reviews and the BBB.

My experiences with Mobley Eye Care have been great with no problems. The statt have been professional and I feel they have taken care of my eyes to keep them healthy. The first place since getting my eyes checked to take a picture of my eye. They also notice years ago my daughter had an eye stigma and she had to wear hard contact lens. My daughter told me she could see a lot better. Great job Mobeley Eye Care.
