I have Sjogrens syndrome, which is an autoimmune disorder that affects many things, but it also affects my teeth and gums. Unfortunately many dentist in the area have no idea what theyre talking about when it comes to Sjogrens, which is unfortunate since it is a disease that affects the mouth so severely. When I called, Dr. G actually answered the phone and knew exactly what Sjogrens syndrome was and had a plan of action. She was very patient with me when I discussed all my concerns (anyone who has chronic illness knows how difficult it can be to find a new doctor who understands what theyre going through). She was also very patient with me when I came in for my cleaning but was experiencing a lot of jaw pain at the time and after an exam and some X-rays and a long discussion about my problems she rescheduled the cleaning so that I was more comfortable for the actual cleaning. I appreciate her bedside manner and her patience and I will definitely keep going to see her.

I am a fairly new patient to this practice. I have experienced Dr.. Giannetta being very loud and abrupt to her staff member. I was sitting in the chair waiting to have my treatment done as I heard her raise her voice in a unprofessional manor. this made me feel very uncomfortable, I was at unease allowing Dr. G to continue working on me. At the end of my appointment when I went to check out at the front desk I learned that the girl had left.. needless to say I will no longer return here at a patient as this was very unprofessional of the Doctor to do while patients are waiting for her.

Dr. Giannetta is so Sweet and honest with her patients! Her office is brand new and is behind up to date on technology and very modern. Dr. Giannetta treats you like a friend but yet give you the professional customer care you need. Dr. Giannetta take her time and get you know you and makes you feel very comfortable! Highly recommended !!!

Wow! First time visit with Dr. Giannetta, it was excellent. She was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. My appointment took no time at all but was very thorough. Its always been a bit of a scary experience when I go to the dentist, Dr. Giannetta is anything but scary. Shes professional and friendly, her and her staff make for a relaxing experience. I highly recommend.
