When I first scheduled my appointment, I was a bit nervous. It had been a while since I had seen a dentist. The girl that scheduled me was pleasant and took the time to reassure me and answer all of my questions. She was able to get me an appointment that easily fit into my schedule. When I arrived at the office, I was greeted with a smile. After completing my paperwork, I was brought immediately into a treatment room and introduced to the dental assistant. Once again, I was greeted with warmth and made to feel very welcome and comfortable. X-rays were taken, and after a surprisingly short time, Dr. Patel came in to introduce himself to me. He was warm and personable. He sat and addressed all my concerns and issues.... and actually took the time to sooth my nerves. I didnt feel rushed or spoken down to, but the exact opposite. We discussed the work that needed to be done to bring my oral care back to where it needed to be. He explained that we would work in stages and at my personal pace so that I remained comfortable during each step of my treatment.... and as I left that day, I was completely relaxed about the next visit.... Which I scheduled before I left that day. When I came back for my next visit, I was again greeted with a smile and brought back to my treatment room. I was amazed that I didnt have to wait... This was a happy first. I was shown what treatment Dr. Patel was planning to do that day... as well as an estimate of cost and insurance coverage. I found that knowing beforehand helped. Im not really big on surprises. As we proceeded with my work that day, I found that Dr. Patel was very gentle and spoke to me during the entire procedure. Making sure that I was comfortable and explaining what he was doing as he did it. My experience was actually...... enjoyable!! Yes, I said that about a dental visit! I have since brought my son and daughter to his office with equally positive experiences.... and have even convinced my husband to go. I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Patel for all your dental needs.

I had a great experience at Gentle touch dentistry. The staff was very welcoming and nice, even after I showed up late to my appointment. It was nice because Dr. Patel, the dentist, answered all of my questions and explained better ways of brushing, flossing, and shared some research about teeth. I went home after my mom went to her usual dentist, and she did not get advice or even told how to prevent cavities. I drive about 15-20 minutes just to go here and I would say its completely worth the drive.

Very knowledgeable dentist. I was scared coming in to the dentist, but he took me through every step of the procedure. My previous dentist usually rushes through the procedure, but Dr. Patel was patient and took his time. Very easy to schedule appointment with. Highly recommend.

Dr. Patel is a spectacular dentist! His understanding of techniques and procedures prove his level of intelligence and education. Dr. Patel is also very good with kids. My kids love him! I highly recommend Dr. Patel as a dentist.
