The staff is very friendly and the dental technology is state of the art but they do not care about their clients I went in to have a crown done which started off good but ended horribly. My initial visit was good no problems with temporary crown until my return visit occurred. So two weeks have gone by and I go in to have the permanent crown installed, to find out my dentist is out until next week on vacation, even though the appointment was set up in advance and that is not something minor. So the other dentist on staff takes out the temporary, says that he would prefer my dentist do it and sticks the temporary back in with no glue. I question him on the spot thinking it was weird, less than three hours after my appointment at lunchtime the crown fell out, now I am stuck waiting eight days do you have my dentist come in to fix my crown. They offered to re-install the temporary but after missing a day of work and having to miss one next week to have the problem resolved I did not feel like going back in to have them install it. I will never give them any business again and will try my best to let customers know what kind of experience they are really getting. Not to mention I have waited literally hours in the waiting room and have only had three appointments

Worst dental experience I have ever had, Ive never had a dentist purposefully stab me and then ask me if it hurts when that happens. I will never be back here again dr. Mitchell Guzmark is probably the worst dentist I have ever seen
