Their billing department is full of a bunch of liars. My insurance company sent them a reimbursement check that was supposed to be coming to me, Jervey was paid by my insurance on May 11th I was told to call and speak to Priscilla on the 13th about receiving my reimbursement from them. I called on the 13th and left a message and never received a call back. Ive called them over 20 times from that day until now. I have been told it was mailed on the 19th then was told it was cut on the 19th but not mailed until the 27th. It is now the 4th and I still have not received it yet they sent my mother a bill on the 31st and it has already come. Ive asked repeatedly if I could just come pick it up and now have been told that the "mysterious check" that was sent out has to be outstanding before they will stop payment and write a new one. I am absolutely disgusted and dont expect to be receiving my check anytime soon. That was my first time ever using them and will be my last. Poor customer service all around. If you go there you better hope they never owe you anything because you WILL not receive it.

I do not recommend this office at all. I have had an appointment for over 2 months for a new patient appointment. The eye condition I have is a very serious condition. (Corneal Transplant). The secretary just called me an hour before my appointment to tell me that the doctor had an appointment. They couldnt give me the courtesy to call as soon as they knew of his appointment. This was unacceptable for me. She was not apologetic and I wasnt even given a "this was an emergency for him or anything". I work in medical and I can understand these type of things. She was very nonchalant and rude asking me to just hold on that she had another call and she would have to reschedule me. I asked if I can be seen by another doctor in the office to accommodate me and she point blank said "no". As a new patient referral, you would think they would have been more apologetic.Now, if I had cancelled an hour before my appointment I would have been charged for a cancellation fee. This was so unnecessary and unprofessional. I was very upset but this is not a business I would refer anyone to.

It is the worst place to buy the eyeglasses...customer service was not good and even their representatives do not know their job..they dont know they have mirror for glasses sample available to show customer...customer service is sucks...we have to wait 1/2 hour to pick up my glass...system is sucks...I never experienced such attitude of customer service....even they ask me to take tools and adjust my wife glasses because they cant adjust...I can judge from this service that after sales will be not upto the mark...I will tell every customer not to visit these facility bcoz you will be in trouble if you are there....

Front desk ladies were so unfriendly. They could at least PRETEND to want to be there. It was my first visit and I sat in the room that they took me back to for 45 min before the doctor came in. He was in and out in like 5 minutes. It was basically like a "looks good, bye". Seemed very robotic. I went that one time and will not be going back. I recommend hiring friendly staff that takes their time with you and that actually seem interested in you.

I really like Dr Shelley and his staff, theyre friendly, direct and Im usually seen on time. Most recent visit for a coloured contact lenses fitting, they need to be tested in non-coloured trial form, for two weeks, then it takes about a week for the real lenses to be ordered and shipped. Im not a patient person but they take my insurance (VSP) and apparently no one else keeps prescription coloured lenses in stock either, so I wait.

Highly commercialized. Service has become progressively poorer. Staff is not very knowledgeable or courteous. Poor customer service. The practice does not recognize the importance of patient autonomy and would rather that you do exactly as the doctor says. Also beware of the intrusive staff.
