"I do not know how to rate them. I was on hold for so long I never had a chance to make an appointment" Seems pretty clear from the comment I was unable to rate them. Take your anger elsewhere John. Or, edit your comments out and republish with new comments directed to me(i.e. like you have already). How about taking some of that energy and writing a good review for this place. Instead you come across petty and overly opinionated,attempting to bicker over whether my complaint was satisfactory to you or not. The truth is I have had one terrible experience with a Vet in Fountain Hills already(which i wrote about as well on google), and after that, I called this place and was on hold for over 15mins. Now sure there could be a variety of reasons why I was on hold for so long, and hence my wording in my review. I, however, see nothing wrong with myself, or anyone else for that matter, commenting on a review section of google and writing down my experience. You should do the same John, and let the readers decide for themselves. Please leave me alone with your editing and commenting to me through this forum, which is for reviews, and not debate.

Casey falsified an adoption application saying she owns her home. She lives with her parents and was forbidden to bring in a kitten but did so anyway. She brought the kitten to work since she wasnt allowed to leave it home; and she refused to cooperate with returning the kitten and lied about the terms under which she got it. She found a potential adopter and received permission to place it and have the legitimate adopter submit paperwork. She is the granddaughter of one of five caregivers for a lady who died recently. We waived the adoption fee as a gift to a 93 year old lady; but Casey lied about being told she could find a home for the kitten and avoid any Rehoming fees. We Trust that the kitten is in good hands and will never forget the lies and rude conduct of Casey. She is not allowed to adopt and I would never trust her with any animal; but her employer is unaware until now. Just a reminder that we cannot trust everyone in the caregiver industry, be it Animal or human. Dont trust Casey.

We LOVE Dr. Crowe and all the staff there. We use the boarding facilities as well and its the best. This is definitely the best veterinary clinic in town. Hands down. Dr. Crowe works hard to make our animals feel calm and loved. I can proudly say my animals love coming to see her. Thank you for all you guys do over there! Also, I want to say its kind of silly to leave a review for a place youve never been to and called once. Being on hold for "too long" is not a reason to give a place a poor review...and every time Ive called any veterinarian actually they ask if its an emergency or if I can hold. So if you were on hold it must not have been an emergency...Maybe if you were on hold for so long and then you made the appointment and came in and didnt like the place THEN I would understand a bad review. But come on did you not learn any patience growing up? You say you were unable to rate them yet you still rated them Joe. Youre a funny guy!

Wonderful experience. We were fitted in immediately after one of dogs suffered an injury. The staff and Dr Tobe were great, putting the dog at ease and examining him, he was very comfortable with them. He was examined and prescribed some meds to aid his recovery and we even received a follow up phone call two days later to check his condition. I would highly recommentd this Vet Clinic, Dr Tobe and his staff. Travelling from Canada we were concerned about the cost but found the billing and medical costs were very reasonable. This will certainly be our go to Vet Clinic when we are in the area, its highly recommended.

We are visiting from Canada and became very concerned when Jake (our dog) started to limp badly. We called Dr. Tobes office and they were able to see him that afternoon. Immediately on entering the vets ofice Dr. Tobe and his staff were brilliant and after a thorough examination we left there with painkillers for Jake and piece of mind for us. Dr. Tobe also called the next morning to see how Jake was doing, which meant a lot to us. Thank you!

We are very grateful to have had Dr. Crowe attending to the care of our two cats and on very high maintanance Chihuahua for the past couple of years, and we HIGHLY recommend her. We were treated well. Buster didnt get his booster shots because the Vet found something else that needed to be handled right away. So, we left with antibiotics and are treating Buster at home. The Vet tech did call yesterday to see how he was doing..........Judy Carlson

Our 16 year old dog was sick and they took him in as soon as we could get there. Dr. Tobe and all the staff were just amazing. Taking time with him, calling afterwards to check on him. Skip is doing fine with the help of the great folks at the clinic.

Ive taken my 3 dogs here since moving to Fountain Hills. Always a pleasant experience with friendly and professional staff. My dogs now seem less fearful going to the vet. Dr. Tobe and Dr. Brown are the greatest! I highly recommend this office!
