Used to be a 5 star lab until Tabitha left for a better job. That girl ran this place by herself but still managed to be organized, have a certain way order of doing things that got patients in and out & could get a hard stick everything. Now they had to get two ppl to try to get things going and they STILL cant get it done well, organized or fast. Paperwork is unorganized. You get called back to the window twice when it only needs to be once. To top it off some of the new ppl arent friendly staff all. They never smile or ask how you are (even if you come in every week). They act bothered and angry youre there. Ive been going to lab corp every week for years (Ive had 4 rough open heart surgeries) so I know my lab stuff. Maybe the new girls will get a organization to what they do after some time but I doubt they will ever be nice.

My experience today has left me in complete shock. I hate to even give the employees at this location 1 star. And I cant even say that it was "bad customer service" because there was no customer service to be had here. Both women working today were so insanely rude. I would have said something to them regarding their lack of customer service, but something about the fact that they were about to stick my arm with a needle told me not to open my mouth. And to top it all off, the lady in the back drawing blood was somehow even worse. I actually walked out of there without getting my orders done because I did not trust someone that horribly harsh and rude to come anywhere near me. I will never return to this location unless all of their employees are completely overhauled. And I suggest any potential patients look elsewhere as well.

The staff was kinda rude, acted like i was inconveniencing them for getting my blood drawn and they only had 2 people working. Even though i dont care they didnt greet me and ask me how my day is going and both women pretty much ignored me. The waiting room is very small so some people had to stand and the receptionist got kind of impatient with an older gentleman who couldnt hear very well. I did not have to wait very long only about 10 mins but their was only 1 other person ahead of me. By the time i left, the waiting room was full so i suggest trying to get their as early as possible. The old labcorp off of meeker next to the hospital was waaaaaay better staffed than this new one. They would have gotten 5 stars if the staff was more friendly. I wont be coming back to this place to get my blood drawn again.

Dont go to Lab Corp ! I went to Care Today on 6-12-17 which has an excellent staff .( Have horrific stomach issues). Went next door to Lab Corp to get my pkg. She showed me the bottles fill lines. One has red solution, which has to be refrigerated, the other is empty. Each bottle has their own bag with paperwork with my name on them. I filled them in the morning and got a ride. Today I receive a call my samples were disposed of for lack of patient info. Each bag had paperwork for each bottle. If I was to label each bottle, why wasnt I told ? Or did she just not do her job. Inept and unethical employee. Is this how this company is? I live 2 hrs away. Broke my right ankle 5-5-17 All my friends have taken days off for me for DRs appts. Cant ask anymore. Thanks Lab Corp . Inept and unethical !

Their hours are Monday-Friday 8-330 and their lunch is from 12-1. I called 5 times after 1 pm and no one answered. I finally drove past them and noticed the employee walking into work from lunch at 1:10 pm. 10 minutes past their ending of lunch time. I am very irritated that these employees only think of themselves. Be on time. Its summer, people were outside waiting in the heat for the doors to open.

Id give it a one but the phlebotomist was very gentle. The waiting room is tiny and has maybe 8 seats. The only staff member in the building was the phlebotomist so she was checking in patients, answering phones, and lab work which meant I waited 90 minutes for a quick blood draw (despite only having 3 people ahead of me). I will not go back there

I had blood drawn first thing in the morning last week, waste receptacles were full from the day before and stuff just stacked everywhere. I had my Dr. appointment today, LabCorp tested the blood for the wrong thing so my Dr. had no results to work from. VERY unprofessional!

Employees are rude except for new girl who hasnt been there long enough for the attitude to rub off. Been there twice, first time I just thought the tech was having a bad day. Now I know she just has a bad attitude. ...

I had a reasonable wait time with several people ahead of me. The office was clean and tidy. The only grumpy and cranky people were some of the seniors who brought their nasty attitude with them.

This place is terrible made a appointment did not get seen until 2 hours after appointment even though on time stood at front desk worker ignored me.only one person working. This is unreal.
