I’m very grateful to have found GGC for my much needed back and neck treatments. Back in the fall I was rear ended in a car accident after which began chronic back and neck pain. I visited my PCP and others in the field hoping that they could get to the root of the pain, however was prescribed meds and basically told that it would heal on its own.  I knew something wasn’t right. After 4 discouraging months, chronic pain, sleepless nights, and continued back and neck pain later, I knew something was wrong..my body was telling me something! I was referred to GGC from my now attorney, and could not be more grateful. From the first phone call from Sumi to set up the appointment, I felt heard, cared for, and felt like I was catching up with a long time friend. Upon arriving and filling out paperwork I was welcomed with warm hospitality. I felt like I was at home, and like they really took their time to tend to me. The atmosphere was just so peaceful and calming. After some pre-treatment relaxation of my back and neck muscles, I went in for my consultation with Dr. Charlie. He was warm, personable, excellent, and really took the time to listen and ask intenional questions. He was the first person in the medical realm, relating to my injury that gave a voice to my pain and empathized with what I have been experiencing. After taking the time to understand the nature of my pain and injury and “get to know you” time, they escorted me to the room where they began to do some massage and some initial treatment. Sumi did the initial pre-treatment massage helping to relax the muscles. She has healing touch! Then Dr. Charlie took over from there. He is truly excellent in what he does. He is humble and kind and really listens and validates you as a patient. After one initial pre-session of treatment my back is already feeling better than it has since the accident! Their treatment, facility, staff, care, expertise and hospitality are truly in another league. They really tend to you and take ‘above and beyond’ care for you. I left feeling refreshed and renewed with hope that my back and neck would feel better. I’m eager to go back to have further treatments and have already told my fiancé and sister about them! I’m slow to refer people to someone, cause it’s really important to me that I trust the person/business, that I feel they are honest and have integrity, and that they really care about me as a person. I could not more highly refer any place. They have already far surpassed my hopes or expectations. Im so grateful to have found them!

I was absolutely petrified of getting chiropractic treatment bc I cannot stand the sound/feeling of bones cracking, but someone hit my car head-on so I had no choice but to get checked out. I tried to ignore the soreness in my neck and back because thats how scared I was, but it was getting unbearable. I went on the recommendation of a close friend who sends a lot of her clients for personal injury claims here. Ms. Jeong and Dr. Kim made me feel much more at ease. Of course I didnt believe them that everything would be fine and that theyd be super gentle, but it really did end up being that way. They explained everything before they did it, from x-rays to physical therapy to adjustments to at-home care, and they really took a personal interest in me. I had to go almost every day for about a month, and I wouldve hated the waste of time that this accident caused me if it werent for the sincere, knowledgeable staff (who happen to also be great people) and the quality, personalized treatment I received here. In fact, I started to look forward to going because it felt like going to a spa and getting my spine pampered. (Remember, I was terrified of the chiropractor before this. I didnt even like studying the skeletal system in school bc it would make me squeamish.) Even throughout the insurance claims process, I felt like they were on my side the whole time. No underhanded insurance fraud attempted like at some places. Even when I told them that insurance was a little curious as to why I finished my treatment so quickly, GGC let me come in for a few additional treatments at no cost (even though I finished so quickly bc my schedule allowed me to come in daily for treatment.) Cant sing their praises enough.

Dr. Kim is brilliant. With my cheerleading fall decades ago I have quite a complication with my neck. The abundance of healing modalities combined with the vast knowledge acquired by Dr. Kim is a winning combination. I have been to numerous chiropractic doctors over the years. This provides me with a variety of sources to compare it to. From the moment one enters the door at Georgia Gwinnett Chiropractic, a sence of sincere care and appreciation welcomes you. It is made clear that you are a valued individual and that your healing is of top priority. Sumi, one of Dr. Kims staff members, is absolutely a ray of sunshine! What a beautiful spirit. If a brilliant doctor with a wide base of knowledge, a excellent staff and an abundance of healing modalities are what you are looking for yourself and your family -then Georgia Gwinnett Chiropractic if the place for you!

I was referred to this place by an attorney with whom I had consulted. I had not made a decision of which attorney to use, but was ushered in to speak to the doctor. He told me that he would not treat me unless I had decided on my attorney. He will only work with certain attorneys and would not even accept a cash payment. Something doesnt smell right here. Ive never had a doctor refuse to treat me unless I was working with a specific attorney. I was under the impression that doctors were in the business of caring for patients. I told the doctor I didnt want to work that way, and he said "Well I dont want to work with you either."

After many years of going to various chiropractors, I can say Georgia Gwinnett is the best. Dr. Kim is very professional and knowledgeable, he uses many differents therapies to help the client, and his staff is very nice. He also has a PT doctor, Dr. Joe, and in many cases, they work together to help the patient get better. He has many certifications, which is why I started to go there on first place. People come from long distance to receive treatment. I love these guys and staff! I"m not receiving anything for my review, but I feel he could help alot of people.

Never been to a chiropractor until I visited Dr. Kim and his staff at GGC. They sat down and educated me first on how the process works when dealing with a good AND bad chiropractor. After that they walked me through my specific situation with my back and let me know the steps we were going to take...they gave realistic expectations and the pain in my back was relieved exactly around the time they said it would be--THEY ARE AWESOME!

This chiropractor is wonderful! Dr.kim is extremely caring and gentle and very professional, the receptionist is amazing along with the rest of the staff she keeps you up to date with every appointment and all of your information you need, they are kind and welcoming staff that makes sure you feel extremely comfortable and always remember you as soon as you walk in I would recommend this clinic to anyone best one I have been to!!
