I was a paying client here for years and to boot, I referred often. After 7 months, showing up to ask for a balance because Amanda had made many mistakes on my account and because Dr. Carrie would not respond, I was told that I owed NO BALANCE on April 24, 2017, then 2 days later I received a bill with a balance of $204. Its infuriating when the customer works harder at setting things right than the business. If things were handled on a timely basis and Dr. Carrie were at all responsible and responsive, it would not have gone this far. Even after all this Dr. Carrie did not respond. I paid the $204 -even though they told me I owed NO BALANCE and then 2 days later they went against their own word and charged me after that fact and I had not accepted any services with them for many month, even after pursuing them for many months to get a balance and rectify the situation. I tried to give them many chances to make things right. Im surprised, disappointed and after they implied that Im a liar after I paid, now outraged. If this were handled responsibly and respectfully, I would have come back as a client, but this is not the case. In Jan 2016, I gave Amanda my insurance info which I maintained through Aug. My insurance was never charged for my chiropractic care from Jan to Aug, between the pre-pay option and their changes I paid full price at Obersters. They never ran my insurance as expected. Then Amanda started to charge me $15 in Oct. When I inquired to why the change to $15 as that was not even my co-pay, I asked to pay the full rate of $60 again so I would not complicate things and asked for the balance as I was not sure what had been done with my accounts from Jan to then. I never got an answer despite my coming to the office for many many many months (7 months) to clear it up. There did not seem to be a lot of competency or confidence in the billing side of things. I did not want it to get more complicated so I simply told them I would not return for service until I spoke with Dr Carrie and cleared things up. My friends who I referred to this establishment were even asking Dr. Carey to call me to clear things up. I was told by Amanda that Dr. Carrie does not know these kinds of things and that the buck does not stop with her. After many face to face requests with Dr. Carrie and her staff, I never got that conversation until April 24, 2017 and it was with Amanda. I was told by Amanda I owed NO BALANCE. Two days later I receive a bill for $204. I tried contacting Amanda multiple times and came to the lobby for face to face as they were terrible about contacting me. In the 7 months, Amanda tried contacting me 2x -Monday, May 1 and May 8 and acted like she had the right to treat me as if I were an unpaying debtor. If that were the case then why would I spend so much time going up there and requesting balances and trying to talk to them? I was shocked that I worked harder at making things right than they did. This situation did not have to get to 7 months later. On May 17, after she tried to contact me because I was there asking again, I came by with the check and was treated as if I were someone who tried to allude paying when it was them who charged me incorrectly, would never give a balance, would not respond within a reasonable time, then after having their customer(me) do their footwork for communication, Amanda pulled me into the next room, got in my face, yelled, and tried to imply I had tried to dupe the establishment by not telling them I cancelled my insurance in Sept. As this was the first time, I had seen Amanda since I received the bill balance in the mail, I just handed her the check for the full balance. There were no apologies for her behavior nor apologies for the lack of responsibility this business took nor getting in my face. Amanda even asked Katrina to sign the receipt to witness I had paid. Even after all this Dr. Carrie never spoke to me. So I guess my mistreatment is correct protocol from Dr. Carrie directly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carrie for over a year now, and have always struggled with my health problems due to my weight. Since I have been getting adjustments with Dr. Carrie my blood pressure has reduced and my migraines stopped instantly. With chiropractic treatments, therapies and her recommendations I have been able to loose weight (keeping it off) as well as walking more and reducing my back pain. I am almost in my forties and feeling better everyday. She is very thorough and takes her time with her exam and explanation as well as my treatments. Myself and my 2 kids are now under Dr. Carries chiropractic care, My 15 yr. old is very athletic and plays football and always ask for an adjustment after a game as it helps him reenergize himself. Dr. Carrie is an overall wellness doctor and I would highly recommend her to anyone. The environment is pleasurable and staff are great. I even stop by sometimes for a cup of coffee! Keep up the great work. See you for our family appointment for a great adjustment.

In June two years ago I was involved in a car accident .I received lower back pain ,and I was also experiencing a lot of pain in my neck upper back ,and right knee.. I went to see my GP. He referred me to a specialist .I saw 3 doctors. Frustrated by not making any progress, and the pain getting worse and worse my friend suggested Chiropractic help. I came for an initial consultation during which Dr.Carrie explained to me what sort of results I can expect after undergoing series of treatments at the clinic within prescribed timescale. Dr.Carrie has been very professional, but also warm and friendly thorough my treatments and has always made me feel relaxed. After as little as 4 weeks lower upper back pain disappeared I have notice a tremendous improvement in the range of movement in my neck, and I began to walk in an upright position .Can honestly say that it has changed my life. I will continue to recommended Dr.Carrie to family, friends, and colleagues.

I live in Hiawassee, Ga. and I drive 3 hours to see Dr. Carrie. The office is welcoming and everyone there is so nice and helpful. Ive had problems with my lower back for many many years, and have seen chiropractors in the past but this lady I tell you has hands of healing. She is very knowledgeable and know exactly what to do for what ever is bothering me at that time. I know I should go more often than I do, but because I am so far away I am limited, but Dr. Carrie is the only one I will see for my problems cause there is no guessing. I know I am in the right place, and the right Dr. that I can trust. To anyone that doesnt know chiropractic, Dr Carrie takes time to thoroughly understand whats going on and explains it very well. So maybe Ill see you there sometime.
