I usually have a very good experience, but Im beyond upset now. My 4 year old daughter has been going to Abbyville clinic since she was born and I transferred to Lancaster pediatrics in Willow Street to be closer to home. Lancaster Pediatrics didnt answer the phone or have an answering machine working after calling 5 times. I then tried Abbyville clinic and was fitted in for an appointment at 8pm. I got to Abbyville clinic and was told she couldnt be seen because she transferred out to another doctor. I said we have an appointment, shes here, and I think she has bronchitis. The receptionist told me to go to urgent care instead. So instead of keeping a sick kid out till midnight, we went home without seeing a doctor.

This doctors office is full of idiots none of the doctors or nurses know how to respect people even the management team dont know how to do anything they all should loose their licences CUZ none of them know how to properly medicate anyone CUZ they dont know how to learn things the right way. Almost every doctor in there should be investigated an so should the management team CUZ Jody an Nicole both dont know any respect an they dont know their asses from their faces

I have been going here since I was a very little girl. I am 31years old and still continue to go even though I live in Reading PA. I love the practice and everyone there. They have ALWAYS taken great care of me. Thank You to all the staff you are all like family to me. Dr Sullivan your patience and understanding is like a breath of fresh air and very much appreciated. Dont like this place. Wouldnt read my wife blood work because the doctor who proscribed it wasnt in. Glad to know if it was something serious they probably let my wife die. Thanks
