Im not usually one to write reviews, whether good or bad, but I must say, Krystal (correct me if the spelling is wrong) insisted I give a review!(Shes awesome by the way) So heres my honest opinion: Fantastic. Never have any complications going in(have been going for probably a little over 2 years now), even from day one. I was in the process of switching dentists and I found this place was actually really close to me so I decided to give it a shot. I was on the phone probably less than 10 minutes with a first appointment ready to go. The entire staff is awesome, from the receptionists to the hygienists to Dr. Katkowski. Whether youre a local or even from another town, drop your current dentist and come here, youll be glad you did!

Kimmy was fabulous! I drink a lot of coffee and have so much staining or should I say "had" so much staining. I cant tell you how white my teeth looked after her cleaning. I also have sensitivity on my upper teeth and she was amazingly gentle and thorough. Dr. Kat was friendly and was also thorough. The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. They were on time and very professional. I cant wait to go back for my dental cleaning! Or should I say "Dental Massage".

I had a same dentist for 15 plus years and he retired, it was awful! I tried a few dentists but no comparision to my "great dentist". Then I found Bristol Family Dental and they are wonderful!!! The staff is very helpful, they work with u, they are very personable and professional. Always there for you when u have a problem. A patient of Bristol Family Dental for about 10 years, Im a huge fan. Marie, my hygienist, makes sure my teeth are squeaky clean and pearly white...every single time Im there. Shes the best! Dr. Katkowski is always pleasant, friendly, and in good humor. Even the ladies in reception and billing are extremely amicable, courteous, and professional. Im actually love going to the dentist!

I made the switch to Bristol Family Dental about a year ago and I am glad I did. You are always greeted with a smile at the front desk and the rest of the staff is no different. Kimmy and Dr.K are fantastic and Im sure everyone else is too, respectfully. Their professional and friendly nature helps you feel at ease during your visit. went in for 2 cavities. Im always very nervous waiting for the Novocain to work before he does and it did. I had a great experience, no pain great conversation ( when waiting for the Novocain). I have been coming here for years and I love the new doctors and staff. I had as good experience as you can have going to the dentist.
