I would not recommend Dr. Granati solely on his billing practices. I had advised the Dental Hygienist that she should not take a full set of xrays because my insurance company would not pay for them. I had brought my xrays from another dentist with me. She assured me that she was not taking a full set. When they submitted the claim, my insurance company refused to pay. My bill is under review with the insurance company due to the fact that I had complained. Dr. Granati was notifed of this; however, his staff is now putting my account into collection for $76. They do not want to wait the 30 day period for the insurance company to review. My warning to you is this: BUYER BEWARE.
