Ive been going to Parker Dentistry for over 30 years. I always saw Dr. Thomas Parker who I recently learned retired. Now his son and grandson are the dentists in the office. On a Monday, I called to make an appointment (NOT AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT!) to have two upper rear molars checked and I was told they could see me the day I called so I said, "okay". Dr. Blake Parker (the grandson of Dr. Thomas Parker) worked on my upper right molar in the far back of my mouth. Dr. Blake Parker squeezed my cheek so hard when giving me the shot to numb my mouth that it left a bruise on the out side of my cheek. While he was trying to get the tooth out, he kept squeezing the edge of my lip with the tools he was using. I told him but I dont think he understood what I was saying. Dr. Blake Parker had a lot of trouble pulling the tooth. He used as much pressure as he had and still had a great amount of trouble getting the tooth out. A week later after Dr. Blake Parker finally removed the tooth my jaw is still hurting and the bruise on my cheek is still showing. My neighbor even noticed the bruise today a week later. Then to top it off, I was given a quote of $178 but when I went to pay they added on an emergency charge so the total balance was $248. I told the girl the appointment I made was not an emergency. She told me when they work on one specific area they charge an emergency fee. I replied, "Are you telling me if I came in to have a cavity filled on one tooth in one area I would be charged an emergency fee." She said, "No thats different." Im sorry Dr. Tom, I wish you a great retirement, but I wont be returning to Parker Dentistry due to being overcharged (for no reason) and the pain Im still experiencing due to the roughness removal of the tooth. I believe Dr. Blake Parker may need some coaching from his dad, Dr. Steve Parker, who IS a good dentist and is gentle with his patients.

Terrible. Rude and painful. My 79-year-old widowed mother, a veteran patient of this practice, was rudely treated and traumatized by a rough, painful extraction with no pain management or preparation this morning. At nearly 10 pm, she is still shaken by her experience. In addition to the physical pain, the office staff was cold and dismissive. My mom is a sweet-natured person and rarely complains about these kind of things. She and other family members have been going there for years, but have noticed the quality of care, especially for mature patients, has declined rapidly and severely. Be forewarned, future patients. I know some places offer perks for 5 star reviews, and with their apparent shifted focus toward optional aesthetic treatments and MLM-type product pushing, you really have to wonder.

Hands down the BEST dental experience I have ever had! They are always willing to help when I call, even when I am changing my appointment for the 100th time. The office is very clean and modern. Waiting room & exam rooms are comfortable. They are HONEST when telling you about the health of your teeth, UPFRONT with the prices and what each charge is for, and FLEXIBLE with scheduling and payments. I had a Root Canal done here. I was dreading it: the pain, the procedure, all of it. To my surprise the staff was warm, Dr Stephen Parker was so patient and gentle. I felt NO PAIN not even with the initial numbing before the procedure. If you are looking for a dental office, come to this one and you wont be disappointed!

Parker Dentistry has been wonderful for me and my husband. The service is superb and Ariadna "Ari" works closely with you to ensure that you fully understand your treatment plan and copays. She is amazing and so accomodating. Dr. Parker is very knowledgable and my hygienist Jenna is great at what she does. At my last two visits I brought my daughter along and the staff, including Jenna were wonderful with her. Parker Dentistry is an amazing practice.

Having not been to the Dentist in the long time, today I had an appointment and I was so nervous I dont know why but from check in to meeting Veronica it was a pleasure. Veronica set my mind at ease made my teeth beautiful then Dr Steve parker came in with his BIG smile and Hawaiian shirt and said your mouth LOOKS GOOD! see you in 6months MADE my DAY. I would like to give Dr. Blake Parker and his assistant jackie a 5 star for fixing my front chip tooth. Chipped on a Wednesday afternoon.i called in as soon as it happened made a appointment and had it fixed and painlessly by Thursday morning 10:00am great staff great doctors GREAT EVERYTHING!!
