This is an Ok place to take your mildly sick pet to if you have no other choice, limited funds, etc...weekends mainly due to regular vets being Closed. I had two bad experiences in the West Palm Beach location and Jupiter. I took my sick yorkie on a Sunday as a "walk in", he was vomiting for days with diarrhea. He is 4.5 lbs so de-compensates easily. We arrived at the WPB Location only to be TURNED AWAY. They told me they were too busy that Sunday with only 2 Veterinarians on duty. I couldnt believe it, I had my dog in his bag very lethargic. I was soo shocked. I then drove all the way to the Jupiter location. I walked in and explained to the desk what was going on, a "nurse" as he introduced himself as did a quick look at my dog and told me in his assessment he was conscious so it was "NOT" an emergency and it was going to be at least 1.5 hr wait. So I sat and sat, over 2 hrs passed and I asked to push us up for he was dehydrated from vomiting and felt waiting behind a woman whos cat with ear wax was seen before us highly inappropriate. So much for their triaging skills. The "nurse" said he would move us into a room for an extra $35.00! Didnt make any sense to charge me that seeing that I sat for 2 hrs already. I agreed being desperate to get him seen. I was in the exam room another 35-40 min before a Vet came in and still got charged the $35.00 (emergency) fee. The vet wasnt sure what was going on, never tested his stool. Wasnt sure what to give him and I suggested a shot of Pepcid other than the Cerenia they use. She also agreed to administer IV fluids which would get him through the night. The tech who gave the bolus of fluids was good. Yorkie made it through the night however, I TOOK it upon myself to collect his stool sample the next day and bring it to my own Vet in West Palm. They diagnosed an INTESTINAL PARASITE! Paws2help never even tested his fecal. A simple easy test! Highly negligent if you ask me. They are ok to keep your pet alive for that day/night, until you can get to an actual veterinary office, but the system is very slow and not up to par with medical treatments. The only reason I see people boasting about it its because the prices are soo low. You get what you pay for.

There was a bald male veterinarian who was rather abrasive and combative with us. We had to get a cockatiel euthanized and he was extremely rude and impatient with us and we could not address our concerns with him. He was just down right aggressive with us and we were forced to prolong the cockatiels suffering as he would not assist us. We had to find another clinic to take the bird to. This man should not be allowed to work with clients or work on animals. We call the clinic 3 separate times and no one so much as answered the calls. This place is unprofessional, cruel and down right rude. Do not bring your animals here, I repeat, do not. Your family and fur children deserve far better treatment than what this shady establishment can provide.

The Staff there is fantastic but the doctor Rooshoos or something is very bad. He has a very bad attitude and telling customers to leave there dog in the car running with the windows up. When he was told that was ILLEGAL in the State of Florida got a very very very bad attitude. Acted like a baby who had his feeling hurt. If its stars for THAT doctor THEN A BIG FAT 0. The staff get 5 stars. I have been going there for years in wpb and since the Jupiter store opened up. If i have to go back to Jupiter i will make sure HE IS NOT GOING TO SEE MY KIDS or i will go back to WPB Its a shame when they have a good thing going for the community and one doctor can ruin it for everyone.

Most genuinely loving/caring staff❣️ Dr. Wood & Raul (Care Tech) were simply the best!! No need to worry about your fur childs care w/this group! MAKE YOUR APPT. AHEAD. Waits can be long if you dont. Certainly worth the wait, if you do not though. Prices are EXTREMELY reasonable & the care is truly a cut above the rest. Only frustration is not being able to contact by phone. Have left messages, but no return call. ☹️ Know they are busy, busy, busy, but....

Have taken 2 dogs and a cat all on Sundays and can not say enough about the caring staff here. They are always packed so expect a wait, and the phones never work, but the price is extremely reasonable. I may spend three times as much time as a regular vet but I the regular vet also charges 3 times as much, and forget getting an appointment on a Sunday at a regular vet. If you have some patience, you will and your pet will get excellent care.

After a terrible experience with a nearby veterinarian, my family and were so happy to have found this place, even though I live 30-40 minutes away from this location. Dr. Woods and everyone in the office are the sweetest and most down-to-earth people I have ever met. Prices are the best ive ever seen and their service was out of this world! Thank you for saving my puppy, Koko! We will all surely remember what Paws 2 Help did for us❤️

Their prices are going up. Kind of disappointed that they refused to clean my dogs ear that was infected. Had to bring to another vet afterwards to properly care for the dog. Good place for basic check up and shots, but not for major issues

The clinic lost my dogs vaccination records, had an appointment to update vaccines and they took walks ins before us and we sat there an hour and thirty minutes before we walked out. Super disappointed
