I thought this office was different...I was given a topical cream for my psorasis and it made my skin extremely red, dry, and cracking. When I stopped in to drop off my medical records I asked if a nurse could just take a quick look to let me know if it was normal. RACHEL just pushed me off and said "NO, but if you want to make another appointment..." WHAT???? I was hopeful...only to get NO HELP from Rachel at all.

Every step of my experience was positive, from the initial call, to the clerks who checked me in, the medical assistant who took me to the room, and Dr. Rommel. All have treated me well. Dr. Rommel is especially wonderful. Shes friendly and concerned, she listens, shes thorough, and she follows through. Im so happy to have found this clinic.

My appt. was for a check on progress of previous work done. My coat was never removed, so I feel that the follow-up check was incomplete and ineffective. I am very concerned about two of the lesions and do not know what to do about it. I am not in a position to pay for a duplicate appt. could I e-mail photos? Please advise.
