Called this vet to get an estimate on about how much it was it was gonna cost me for an office visit and maybe medicine for kittens with conjunctivitis in the eyes. Gave me a quote saying an office visit would be this amount and said I probably wouldnt spend no more then $40-50 altogether. I go to the office and was billed triple what the lady said. Told me $19 for an office visit but wasnt charged an office visit, was charged an exam and the doctor didnt even do an exam. He picked up the kitten, briefly and when I say briefly i mean didnt even really look. And when I asked question of concerns of other cats and some reactions they had with products he just shrugged his shoulder and said I dont know. There shouldnt of been any reactions he said. So, my advice is dont go to this vet. They lie to you just to get you to come in and spend money and the vet himself doesnt appear know anything.

Love it here! Love the vets here. Took two of my dogs here on an emergency (separate times). The vets cared for my dogs, even though one dog was evil and wanted to attack the doctor. Good prices compared to Arlington and Ft. Worth for sure. Plus they open Saturdays. Even when I called 30 mins before they were closing, The front staff who picked up the phone told me to come in anyways. I was seen by Dr. Risinger himself (super sweet man). Explained everything to me and showed me visuals to where I could actually see what he was talking about (bladder stones). Then the latest was with Dr. Megan Harris (even sweeter!) I remember years ago she was the vet tech there. Then she went off to college and came back as one of their veterinarians. Great place! If I still lived in Terrell, I would frequent them more often!

I took my little dog here because his other vet was all about how much money they could drain you for,even though he was good but some people just want facts and the need for understanding that they dont have a lot of money but love there pets,and want do what is needed but,with in their financial realm.I love Dr.Tuner,he made me feel like he was there for me in every aspect for my little guy,even though the out come we knew was going to be bad,he is helping me keep my Mousie alive hopefully a couple more years.We know he is dying but he is getting great care in his last two years and he is a happy little dog.thank you Dr Tuner.Cheryl

This is the most amazing place to receive care for your animals. We arrived with a medical emergency after another vet failed to give proper care. We have been with them for 5 years now and would not think of going anywhere else. Each of the vets shows the utmost compassion and provides the most excellent vet care for all types of animals. They have performed miracles on my male min-pin. He would not be here today had it not been for the prompt and excellent care he received from the entire Risinger staff. I highly recommend them!

Theres so many great things I can say about this vet office. Their prices are great, more affordable than the last two vet clinics Ive gone to. The service is fantastic. The staff is so friendly and Ive never had any problems with how theyve treated my pets. And they can usually get you in on the same day or tomorrow for an appointment. Ive never had that happen before. And they will always try to fit in walk ins. Great veterinary clinic.

All the vets are wonderful, but Dr. Megan is the BOMB. She ROCKs. I appreciate all her caring and very hard work. I also appreciate Peggy who is a great multi-tasker, she works all areas. Jesse is great at the front and then of course I cant leave sweet Bethany out who is always so caring and careful with my babies. I know my babies are in good hands when I walk though the front door. I love this place.

Our sick cow who had given birth 10 days earlier was having extreme pain and swelling. The folks at Reisinger Vet Hospital, took her in right away, and was able to diagnois the problem and give her an injection immediately. She has snapped out of it and doing great. If it wasnt for the quick action, we would have a newborn calf without a mama. Thank you so much. YOU CARE

We have gone there several yrs so hve seen all Docs. Each has a unique exam manner & WE are happy & confident in all of them. Cats do seem to prefer female Docs. They relax so much they lay down & purr. All the techs are great too & all good at calming our big fraidy cat, big dog. Sad couple of folks get poor impression b/c we have nothing but praise for everyone.

GREAT place. Clean facility. Professional, caring, friendly, compassionate staff! My 8 mo old puppy had a fractured jaw that needed wiring. They took her in after 4 PM and Dr. Risinger himself called me 3 hours later to let me know how surgery went! I live over an hour away from here, but this place is going to be my new vet for both my terrier mix puppies!

Dr. Megan and other wonderful staff members cared for my senior dog Jackson after we moved into the area a couple years ago, and I could not be more pleased with the level of compassion and the quality of care my pet received during that time. Dr. Dan is a pompous jerk! Dr. Casey is very good with his clients and animals. Its a shame Dr. Dan doesnt have the same type of care or consideration for his clients. I am not the only one with this type of experience. As long as Dr. Dan is employed at that facility, I nor my livestock will ever return.

Dr. Risinger and Dr. Dan have been caring for our dogs and horses for years. They have gone above and beyond including assisting my daughter before college, and offering care advise and tips outside of just the office visit. Ive never had anything but the best experiences with everyone there.
