Ive been going here for years since I just need the yearly poke and prod for my birth control prescription. Ive had some receptionists that are actually nice but the majority are rude. I had different doctors almost every time too. They also kept telling me theyre worried im so overweight for my height. Seriously. Im at work all day and exercise but thats not good enough. This past time they rescheduled me 2 times after I showed up each time. Then they got confused the second time after I had to call the next day to ask for an extension on my pills since my appt. was after my prescription expired. The lady (who was extremely rude) kept asking why they scheduled my appt. so late. I had to keep saying I work late. I WORK LATE! I dont get out until 5! It was a long 5 minute call. Guess I need to find an actual doctor to go to. This is ridiculous.

I went with my cousin to take an abortion pill . And the Doctor Ms. Vazquez was terrible . She was so rude that my cousin didnt concider another option . We grew up in a tight and strict household there was no other option for her . This "Doctor" was so disgusting and sarcastic. My cousin felt ashamed of her decision, like the doctor herself was apart of the protesters outside . If you dont like what you do dont work there. Its called Planned Parenthood for a reason . She had no plan ! Dont go to the waterbury one unless you want to be judged for what you choose . Terrible place !!

Beware of this facility! I gave them a star because there was no wait time but once i was seen the doctor couldnt have cared less about my situation. She refused to write me a script for eardrops to treat my ear infection, never did a throat culture even though i said i feel as though i have a bacterial infection, possibly strep, and didnt want to stay in the room and answer my questions. They never even told me if i had a temp! I had to call back and ask. I ultimately left in tears.

When your appointment is at 1:20pm and you dont end up leaving the building until 4pm!!! Waited for hours!!! I will never come back here again. Extremely frustrated with my office visit.
