I would not use the Behavioral Health facility at Staywell located at 80 Phoenix Ave. The therapist George is uncaring, arrogant, dismissive and plain RUDE. He truly has shown that he does not care for the patient. I had an issue concerning what he considered a missed appointment. When I tried to correct him and I had proof he stood his ground like he was trying to teach me a lesson. You would think that as a professional in his field he would approach the situation more professional, but no his ego was bruised. Then gave me an ultimatum, if I was not happy the door is opened. Who treats a patient like that and a new patient at that. The worst part of it all,was that the manager agreed even after I said he was wrong her words to me were "if he says it, then that is the way it is". So as a patient you have no VOICE.

Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Constantly have to be on top of them for any request I make because theres always an issue with their records and EVERY time I go I have to deal with the women behind the counter gossiping about one another. I cant fathom how these people were hired being as rude as they are. I would not recommend anyone to this facility.

Very rude pediatrics front desk, but excellent nurses and pediatrician. The adult care is very disorganized, long wait times even with appointments. Getting a referral for a specialist takes forever, the lady that handles referrals is very rude and slow. They really need to hire better people, who enjoy working there.

The problem I always have is when I am trying to call they never pick up or they do and than they just keep transferring me and by that time I have to keep leaving voice messages. Just ways they would get to answer the phones quicker so then I dont have to keep going down there.

Rude people, like really rude. Update: Decided to give them one more chance last week. The redhead Hispanic lady on the desk was extremely rude . Thats it for me, I will never ever visit this place again!
