I was looking for a dentist close to my home in Ashburn and Im glad I discovered Dr. Maya Bachour and the Loudoun Smile Center. They have the brand new facility where they use the cutting edge technologies that makes my appointments done faster and smoother. The entire smile center really brings smiles on everyones face with their dedicated services that absolutely meets their tagline Integrity, Care and Excellence. Ive never seen them tired or impatient with patients :-). They are always in a positive and warm mood and receive everyone really well. Dr. Bachour is an award-winning dentist and her radiant presence, beautiful smile, and charismatic personality warm the heart of all who meet her. She takes great care to ensure all work is done painlessly and to the highest dental practice standards. I recommend them highly to everyone.

My wife and I recently discovered Dr. Maya Bachour and the Loudoun Smile Center and are very glad we did. They have the latest technologies available at their fingertips and used throughout their offices. The entire Smile Center team pays very close attention to every detail of their patients dental care. Not only are they very good at what they do, they are always in great moods and positively fun to be around. Dr. Bachour is well versed in the latest dental techniques and uses them efficiently. She takes great care to ensure all work is done painlessly and to the highest dental practice standards. We could not ask for more. To top that all off, their services are very reasonably priced. Dr. Armentrout helped me whiten my teeth for my wedding day. I was nervous about sensitivity, and she told me how to best prepare for the initial whitening treatment. I followed her instructions and felt no pain. She sent me home with treatments to maintain my whiter shade, which I kept up with, and it made all the difference on my wedding day. Not only were my teeth much whiter, but Dr. Armentrout helped me feel confident enough to smile in my wedding photos without worrying about coffee-stained teeth. I have also been to Dr. Armentrout for regular cleanings and check-ups, and she is always professional and knowledgeable. She and her staff are consistently friendly and make me feel at ease about visiting the dentist.

Dr Bachour was so friendly and explained everything! The assistant Hannah was smart, answered all my questions, caring and took such great care of all of my needs. The receptionist explained my bill and insurance costs and was very friendly . I dont like going to the dentist and avoided it for 3 years until I changed my insurance and moved. I found Dr Bachour through Zocdoc and it was easy to make an apt for a new patient. Parking around the building is free. The office is new very clean and modern with tvs in each station! 100% awesome experience and I am hard to please. Im actually looking forward to going back! I could not have had a better experience at Loudoun Smile Center. I am fairly dental phobic. However, the staff and Dr. Bachour were warm, welcoming, and made me feel safe and comfortable. They laid out a plan to get my smile to where it needs to be both cosmetically, and in terms of my overall health in such a way that made it seem like it was no big deal. I was terrified that I was beyond repair, but Dr. Bachour was so wonderful. I could not recommend this office any more strongly. You have won me over, and I will tell everyone that I know to leave wherever they are and come here. Thank you all, and I will see you on the road back to dental health soon!

My dental visit was exceptionally good. As a new patient we dread making changes but Loudoun Smile Centers web site made the transition much easier it allowed me to set up an appointment and fill out new patient forms before going to the office. They also followed up on appointment the next day, they were able to contact my insurance provider and inquire what services were covered before my appointment to make the transition easygoing. The day of appointment the staff was friendly and efficient. The dental hygienist was very good at explaining procedures and making my experience less stressful. Thanks for making my smile happy.

One of the best "dentist visit" experiences Ive ever had. In lieu of walking into a dark,dingy 1980s looking office, I was impressed with the clean, modern & updated look of the office. I wondered if it might turn cocktail lounge at night?! Service at the front desk was both friendly & efficient. Beverages & a TV were available while you wait (which was a very short one - on time!) It was all smiles throughout the entire experience from the TV during my exam, to the detailed explanations of my x-rays, and extremely friendly and professional manner of each and every employee there. I highly recommend this practice.

Best Dental Experience Ever! Dr Bachour and her staff were spectacular. It wasnt until my appointment at the Smile Center that I realized just how rushed all other dental appointments in my past have been. The appointment took a little longer than expected, but every step was explained to me, they were very thorough with various new tools and techniques and I felt very well taken care of. My comfort throughout also seemed to be most important which was also refreshing. Even the 2nd story view overlooking the square in Loudoun One was great! Ive never been able to enthusiastically recommend a dentist, but I can now!

Love love this office! It is so clean and modern. Doctor Bachour is amazing, she so caring and professional! Melissa at the front desk is always so pleasant. Love the dental assistants ( Stephanie,Maryellen and Angie) they are so professional, knowledgeable and gentle. I had an awesome experience with my dental hygienists Laura. I have never gotten such a thorough examination, it made me feel that not only my teeth but my overall health is important to them. She is a great asset to the practice. Never thought i would like going to the dentist this much. Keep up the good work guys and see you in 6 months :)

I was assisted by Dr. Maya Bachour yesterday due a urgent problem in one of my teeth. Dr. Bachour and her team talked to me and discussed the options with me very clearly and and in a very professional way! They explained the process and the instructions for me to follow! She and the entire co- workers are exceptional and people I and everybody can trust. The environment at the center is perfect for people who might feel scared and stress out about being seen by a dentist but Loudoun Smile Center makes you feel relaxed and confident that they will do a great job!

Very professional, everyone is very soft spoken. This appointment I felt I had no options and my cleaning was ok not great like times before. I know I go every 6 months, but I see to much employees turnover, so I feel like have to explain myself over and over again. So at the end I walk out with more office products and pay just a bit to much, also I didnt appreciate she added an extra to my cleaning and they charged me for at the end. It would have been nice to been asked. Hoping next appointment is better...
