I am sometimes a hard customer to deal with . I demand good service and here is the place to get it . Between their excellent staff of Jonathan, Lucy Nicole Iris Linda and probably more , they all treat you with the most respect and courtesy, and go above and beyond to make sure Im happy . Linda has repeatedly changed appointments with no questions asked, Lucy has helped me out when I couldnt pay my bill on time , Jonathan is always funny and still very professional , Nicole and iris are always very nice and helpful on explaining what is getting done and helping me to relax . I have some bad teeth from being irresponsible as a teen and have been to many dentist acrossed the states this office and dentistry is by far the best . Please take my word give them a call and stop in anytime they will take care of you and treat you the way you deserve to be treated.

I have to say until i visited Dr Gilbarts office about 3 yrs ago i honestly had never fully trusted a dentist or the people that worked with them. Upon speaking with appts to schedule i felt a comfort jest talking with her. I have always been very nervous and scared of going to the dentist since i was a young child so you can imagine my surprise upon meeting this wonderful kind and gentle person he reassured me from the very beginning i had never been able to visit a dentist for any work without numbing or gas.Dr Gilbart was able to pull 2 molars without any gas just numbing i had no fear it has been amazing to to be seen by both Drs.Gilbarts the experience has taken away all the past fears i had i cant thank him enough for his gentle kindness.

I have NEVER had a dentist take the time to examine me thoroughly, explain every procedure in detail and made sure I understood the pros and cons of the procedure(s). Dr. Gilbart is very supportive of what I want and need and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure I understand the procedure that will sooner or later begin. He is a professional and has a naturally way of communicating with me, not talking down to me and along with his staff they all have great customer service very pleasant to talk too as well as great personalities. I would recommend Dr. Gilbart to anyone Family and friends. I am very impressed with Dr. Gilbart skills, knowledge and his support staff!

Drs. Jonathan and Lucy Gilbart have taken excellent care of my family for several years. Their staff is not only professional but extremely friendly and will put on whatever movie my son requests in the waiting room! :) When my teenager needed braces we did not have to switch providers as Dr. Lucy takes care of orthodontics as well therefore the transition has been smooth and problem-free. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone in need of a provider in the Hagerstown and surrounding areas.

It all starts when you walk in the door with leather chairs and a big flat screen.The staff is super friendly and relaxed. I never feel rushed or nervous but more like Im going to visit some friends. They work with my family and created individual plans which are both short-term and long term but a plan which they update each and every visit.

Dentist Gilbart does a great job! I had a lot of issues when I first started being seen in the office. Now I get comments on my great smile! After such good work I actually transferd my two kids to this office! Trust is a hard thing to find these days, but I feel comfortable at the office with every visit knowing any problem will be fixed and Ill be on my way!

My family has been a patient here for a couple of years and we love it. The stafff are extremely friendly. The doctor is so relaxed. During visit he tries to conversate as much as possible its the dentist its kinda hard to talk with his hands in your mouth. He plays music. Its still the dentist but they make the atmosphere as relaxing as possible.
