First, let me tell you, I absolutely adore Dr. Weld. She does amazing work and appreciate her care. However, the Neibauer staff or call center is HORRIBLE. Before Thanksgiving I began experiencing terrible pain. I had a scheduled appointment about a week away, but after a rough weekend, I called Dr. Weld and she made time to see me. She took xrays but didnt find anything. She recommended me to an Endodontist and prescribed me pain meds. The next morning I called the Endodontist for an appointment. He was departing the country and couldnt see me until the next week. I made the appointment but called Neibauer right back and asked for another referral. The woman who answered the phone said she would call me right back after she talked to the doc. She called me back "we cant provide you a referral until Dr. Weld is in tomorrow. Youre just going to have to wait." At that point, I just said thanks for no help and I would figure something out on my own. Within 5 minutes she called back, miraculously, with a few more referrals. Now were at the day before Thanksgiving, I woke up with a horrible rash. I was allergic to the codeine Dr. Weld prescribed. It just happened that Dr. Weld called my cell while I was in the ER to check on me. No one had told her I called the day before and still needed to see someone. She was quite upset that the staff didnt notify her of the call. She said if I was able after the ER, she would re-arrange her afternoon and have one of her colleagues check me out. I went into the office at 3pm and Dr. Yaqui was able to determine the problem. He recommended a root canal but wouldnt be able to perform it. He gave me new pain meds, grind the tooth down so it wouldnt touch any other teeth while I ate. Thank goodness for him and Dr. Weld or Thanksgiving would have been horrible. Fast forward to the following Monday. The Endodontist called and was able to get me in for an appointment. He was absolutely wonderful. After a week and half, I was no longer in pain. Now I just had to follow-up with my dentist to get the permanent crown. So Tuesday morning, it just happened that Neibauer called my house and spoke to my husband stating that they needed to reschedule my regular cleaning that was scheduled for 8 Dec. He called me at work immediately and told me to call them. I called and a woman answered the phone. I told her I was contacted about rescheduling my cleaning but also needed to see about getting a crown. She said there was no note in the system about rescheduling so the appointment would remain on the 8th. The next day, I had to depart for my mother-in-laws funeral. While at the funeral I received a voicemail from the business manager at Neibauer, Shirley. She wanted to check on me and see if I was able to get the root canal. I had just called their office the day before. I immediately tried to call Shirley back (this was Thursday). I got another woman who said, "Shirley is busy. Ill give her your message and shell call you back." Friday morning, I still didnt get a call back. I called again. I got the same message, "Shirley is busy, well take a message and shell call you back" 4 more times. Finally, on the following Tuesday, now another week since I called the office the first time, I had had enough. I in the morning, same crap. At 1pm Tuesday afternoon, the woman on the phone gave me the same crap again, at this point I requested that a message be provided to Dr. Weld and I wanted my records transferred immediately. I had to get my crown done for crying out loud. Within 5 minutes of getting off the phone, miraculously, Shirley called me. She said, "Im so glad you finally called back. Dr. Weld has been asking about how you were and if you were able to see the Endodontist." I about lost my cool. After I threatened to leave the practice, I finally get contacted. Such a mess. Apparently, Neibauer has a call center that doesnt forward messages from patients. 10+ calls over a one week period and only 2 made to the actual office.

Ive been a Neibauer patient for a few years now and theyve always done a spectacular job of working on my mouth and, most importantly, keeping appointments. Recently, theres been a decline in their ability to keep appointments on time. I havent been seen on-time the last few times Ive gone and today I arrived 15 minutes early (in case there was paperwork to fill out) and waited 50 minutes before giving up and heading back to work. I have to take time off from work to make these appointments and I dont have time to waste sitting in the waiting room. I dont know if theyre over-booking patients or just slacking but Ive had enough and will be moving to the dental facility down the street. I do want to say that my only gripe is with time-keeping. Dr. Patil and all the staff are courteous, professional and extremely nice and favored highly in me not rating them a 1-Star. Their work is top-notch and Im sad that I have to go but I cant waste my time anymore. If youre not big on keeping a schedule, this is the dental facility for you.

Stay away!!!!Do I have to give a 1 star. I will say they did take care of an emergency very quick I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Once i went in they did explain that they didnt accept my insurance. After that everything went off a cliff. They said they would glue my broke tooth back in after they took an X-ray and it would be $139. I was on the fence to wait until i got back to a dentist that accepted my insurance but I was OK with it. When I went back they took the X-ray and then told me it would be $210 for fill the tooth. I said I would just have it pulled and replaced with am implant so there was no need to fill it. So they wanted to charge me $180 so I agreed reluctantly. They finished gluing my tooth back in and i went to pay and they said it would be $311. So I will never recommended them to anyone to them and will stop everyone I can from going there. A major Rip off for 15 mins of work. They saw an opportunity and took advantage of it.

Dr. Patil was good. Very through , clear and concise explaining what the process would be. Sadly cant say the same from the staff. Another point of disappointment. The dentures they did was awful in less than a year it needed 2 repairs. When you go for repair they acted like if they were doing me a favor. Well I paid for these out of pocket and it was not cheap. Even though the dentist was nice and treated me good I will not be going back.

Horrible. I went to get 4 fillings 2 years ago & have been in agonizing pain ever since. Now, my teeth are sensitive to every thing I eat & just recently, my fillings fell out & quadrupled the pain. Not to mention, DURING the procedure, the doctor was extremely rough and I was hurting the entire time. When I called them to see if they could fix it, they charged me out of pocket & the problem was never fixed. Worst experience ever.
