I went in as a new patient and was really excited about the 5 star review. However, my expectations were squashed. The assistants were amazing, phenomenal, the only reason why there is one star but my dentist sucked! Dr. Yu did not introduce himself, he did not even consult me as a new patient. It was terrible. He cleaned my teeth and told his assistant to finish and left the room, not asking me if I had any questions or concerns. We did not talk about my xrays. NOTHING! I was sent home and was told to come back in a year. I actually went back 3 weeks later because of an abscess on my gum. Took another xray and turns out I need a root canal or an extraction (which I already figured). I was waiting just so he can tell the assistant to get me a referral. I had asked about looking at my previous xrays for wisdom teeth and before he left the room he responded "yes, you have 4 actually and you should get them taken out soon." He should of told me this sooner on my first visit. I am very disappointed at him as a dentist. My second visit was a waste of time when he should of told me this in the first visitation. Dr. Yu has terrible communication skills with his patients or at least with me and I am very very disappointed!

They said to arrive 15 minutes ahead of time to do paperwork. The appt was scheduled for 9:30am and we were not seen until 10:06am. They had no explanation except that the other people being called back before us, were being seen by a different dentist. Its ridiculous that they schedule appointments and make people wait excessivly past their appointment time as if we have all day to spend at the dentist!

the worst dentist ever , unorganized , bad smell in the office , doctor left the office after one hour waiting for my appointment , bad bad bad service , if you dont care about your teeth go to them let them mess your teeth
