I have decided to go to to this cabinet for two reasons: 1. The excellent reviews online I have found. 2. The insurance they offer. For 55$ a year you have great discounts and for someone like me who doesnt have an insurance (came from Europe and stay in US temporary) my first visit was 70+55 for x ray, dr analysis and cleaning. I was skeptical, imagined that the cleaning part would be done fast and that they would suggest a lot of problems to entice me to come back for more expensive work. How could it be otherwise, there must have been a catch with that pricing. Well, I went there and was surprised to see how big and recent the place was. I mean, I dont go often to dentist but this cabinet was the best I have seen so far. Where is the catch, goddamn it. The doctor assistant who walks me through Xray is super nice, and I even got the chance to do it twice, the machine wasnt set on P1 (hell yea dont ask, I dont know what it mean either but now I will check before). After all xrays exams, the Dr Dongrie came to exam me and assess the situation. Both cool and very professional doctor, gave me a thorough and clear explanation about what was wrong in my mouth and the severity scale of each, clearly explaining some issues doesnt need to be treated now while others should (reason of my visit). Then I went to do the cleaning, the worst part in the mind of all like me afraid of noises and discomforts of dentists. But I got to say, I was fortunate today to have Jennifer to do the work, she was very understanding and gentle and I cant believe what I will say but in fact, I never felt that comfortable to a dentist work, it was incredible. The cleaning was very very thorough. Besides, she actually patiently explained to me the best way to brush and to floss (flossing isnt something I have ever done in my life but guys.. Floss !!) so I should mininize the problem in the future. Well its been long enough, in a nutshell, this cabinet is very good and deserves all that good reputation, from the receptionists taking your phone calls to all the dentist staff. I will definitly come back in 6 months to see how flossing will have worked and I suggest to anyone who fear to go to the dentist to go to there as you deal with real humans who cares about you and understand the importance of good customer relationship and service.

I had severe swelling and pain under a tooth and called Dental Associates downtown to see if they would see a new patient that day and develop a course of action. It was a Friday before a holiday weekend and I had already called several other dentists looking to get an appointment. After explaining my situation and pain over the phone, reception said they would check to see if they could fit me in. After a few minutes on hold, I was informed that they could see me same day! The facility downtown is very modern and comfortable. Reception greeted me and had me complete my medical history which only took about 10 minutes, and my name was called almost immediately after that. The staff was very friendly and informed me what they were doing each step of the process. X-rays took only a few minutes and I was informed that the dentist was finishing with another patient and would be in soon. Dental Associates did not accept my particular dental insurance, but they were very upfront about the fees and costs associated with the tooth extraction and gave me an estimate that was only about $40 off the final total. They confirmed with me if the amount was reasonable before starting the procedure. Dr. Savaglio was very personable and after examining my mouth and tooth, informed me that the best course of action to stop the pain would be to remove the tooth. He called my prescriptions in to the pharmacy prior to starting the extraction. He numbed me up and gave a couple minutes for the anesthetic to take full effect. All during the procedure he was continually checking with me to confirm that I was not in any pain or discomfort. The procedure was relatively quick, and thanks to Dr. Savaglio, was completely pain free. Dental Associates had me sign up for their house insurance for a modest fee to help offset the costs of the procedure, since my insurance was not accepted. I would highly recommend Dental Associates for anyone looking to have dental work performed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, who explained each part of the procedure and asked if I had any questions. The facility is very modern and comfortable. They also validate parking if you park at the Grand Avenue Mall structure.

My girlfriends daughter has received orthodontic care here since this spring. Dr Inoue and her staff have been exceptional. While there are many years of care to go, the results thus far have been dramatic and impressive. I would highly recommend as the cost was lower than any other clinic we visited and the results have exceeded expectations.

It was fantastic. I do not have insurance and the in-house insurance they offer cut my bill more than half. The dentist, assistant and hygienist were all so friendly and caring. They gave me the service I hope I provide for my guests at work.

Very friendly staff and well kept facility. As a first time visitor I felt at home. As many people dont have dental insurance I think its very awesome that they offer a private insurance.
