So I made an appointment there yesterday. I have a wisdom tooth that needs to be extracted. And two other teeth that are infected and one has a large hole in it. I have been in excruciating pain so I had made an emergency appointment. I spoke to the call center receptionist to make an appointment and she assured me that they do root canals at this office. She also told me a lot of things that were absolutely untrue. I waited for over an hour at my scheduled appointment just to be seen which is absolutely ridiculous when you are in that much pain. I then met with the dentist lady who seemed to be quite rushed. She had prescribed me antibiotics and told me she did not believe in pain medicine. Yes that is correct. I have a level 12 in paying for my teeth and could not be seen to get my teeth extracted or fix for another week according to them. So for an entire week she expected me to take Tylenol for these extremely infected painful teeth. The last time I have ever had pain medicine was that their office two and a half years ago. I was absolutely shocked that she said she does not believe in pain medicine and that is not her policy to prescribe anybody pain medicine. If you are a holistic doctor then get the hell out of your profession. This is ridiculous I wanted at least a couple pain pills to get me by a week until they actually did a root canal which I thought they were going to do that day. I was extremely embarrassed when she told me in front of the whole office that is not her policy and she never prescribes it like I was some sort of kid. I am a middle-aged adult that was in excruciating pain and I am still in disbelief that her practices. If you are in pain and actually need help do not go to this facility not to mention every one of their tools and their dentists office or extremely dirty look for yourself I was in shock. Not to mention I could see every patients name on their computer screen for everybody to see. They need to be shut down this is a very unsanitized an extremely strange profession they have going here. Dont waste your time

My husband went here at the beginning of the year and had a great dentist. They worked with us financially which was great. He went again last week and the new dentist (bolato) kept arguing with him about getting his teeth pulled because hes been in pain forever and weve been looking into dentures which she didnt like but it wasnt her choice to make. She wrote a prescription for antibiotics with no pain meds. I called back to see if they would prescribe some but the receptionist told me they would only prescribe them after he was done with the antibiotics. We waited the ten days and called back to get pain meds and now they tell me the oral surgeon has to prescribe them. What a waste of time. My husband has been in unnecessary pain because they cant seem to give me all the information up front. Thanks for the torture, but itll be the last time.

I was very disappointed when I went in for first apt for xrays and exam. and they had a fit because I had a baby with me. Then I made a second apt to get things taken care of. And they REFUSED to see me cuz yet again I had my child with me. I did have her car seat to strap her in and plenty of stuff with her to keep intertained. I just think its a crock that because I have a child that I will not have a babysitter due to the fact that I cannot afford one that I get refused the dental work I need. I would never recommend anyone to this place there customer service sucks hard core!

This place is a joke! The new female dentist is RUDE and does not know a damn thing about patient care/respect. She talks to you in a belittling manner, even told me "you really better get a deep cleaning or everything I do today will be for nothing!" I waited 3 days for receptionist to get back to me with simple insurance questions and she said "oh I gave it to the other girl bc I am busy and have my own stuff to do." Sat at one appt for 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. I will never go back.

Nobody smiling. They are reluctant to give you an estimate on the phone,but they will if you pull their teeth..Call around to other dentist offices and make sure your not getting shafted or overcharged. When I had cash to pay my bill they didnt have change at their office. I was told, "Nobody uses cash anymore", so I had to find the nearest bank. Just a money hungry pigpen of employees at this dentistry.

There is a reason this dentist office has an aggregate score of 3.5 and soon to drop further. I called to talk to the Doctor that that did my most current work and the receptionist laughed at me saying "I cant like set up a meeting". Like yes you can because I spend 3k a year on Dentistry for my teeth.

I love the ladies that work there. They care about my comfort, made me feel welcomed, and the dental assistants and the doctor explained everything they were doing. I would recommend this office to everyone!! Thank you Bright Now, for making my fear go away.

Check their licenses on DORA Colorados website. Even if they dont have a complaint I would avoid Bright Nows offices. Ill never go back.
