The staff was nice and accommodating but there we re a few things that really made my son uncomfortable and ultimately made him flip out. He met the dentist after the dentist out his mask on,which I think just made my son apprehensive. Then, the staff talked to me more than my kid, so when we started to look at his teeth he was unprepared and terrified. Instead of easing him into it, he was laid back and then the dentist grabbed his head. The last thing that really wasnt helpful was the taunting. While the dentists fingers were in my sons mouth (my son yelling, spitting, and biting the whole time), he actually said: "do you want to bite me? Do you? Go ahead and try to bite me." He knew full well he couldnt bite him. It was strange. My son is wary of new situations, but for what its worth, he has blood drawn on a regular basis with NO problem at all, so....?

My brother and sister were just taken to this dentist office, and their treatment was absolutely atrocious. My little brother had an appointment to fill in a cavity, and raised his arm to signal that he was in pain. The nurses forced his hand down and ignored his cries that he was in pain. When my mother protested that he was in pain, even though this was very strange behavior for him, the doctor insisted that he was in no pain and was just being difficult. Their handling of him was rough and completely inappropriate for a child. Do not give this office your business.

Beware! Please get second opinion BEFORE you let him work on your child. I got one after he worked on mine and it turns out none of what he did was necessary. I spent 400 on services she didnt need. The assistants forgot to cure her filling and didnt check her bite. When I took her back to have it adjusted they said she would eventually "grind it down". As a former assistant I know it takes years to grind down composite and is extremely painful. So disappointed in them but even more in myself for not catching all this before they worked on her.

Treasured teeth has been so amazing to my children! People are always amazed at how excited they are to go to the dentist! The staff is super friendly and so helpful. I have always been beyond impressed with the office staff as well as the staff in the back! My children have been going here since they were 1. They go to the back to get treatment with a smile on their face and come back sad to leave! Thank you for making the dentist a great experience for my children!

The Dr here is amazing super sweet and keeps you completely updated and informed. My daughter had to get multiple procedures done so they had to put her asleep and the anesthesiologist is amazing as well, had my daughter laughing and blushing. I was not once worried about her and knew she was in great hands. Thanks for the peace of mind treasured teeth!

It was my sons first dental visit, and he loved it. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The dentist was great with my 2 year old and very patient. They have a pirate ship in their office and my son just loved it. I had to peel him off of it. Overall it was a great experience especially for my son. Im really glad I chose this dental office!

The dentist was great at explaining the procedure to my child, he made her feel comfortable and she is very happy with his service even after a tooth extraction. My daughter is very nervous, but the whole staff made her feel comfortable. Very pleased with their service, this will be our dentist of choice for years to come.

Treasured teeth is awesome with my 2 special needs sons. Love that they roll with the needs of my kids. Was so hard leaving our dentist in Utah but it has been no problem since we found Dr Tippetts and his staff.
