Place is a joke. The nurses are rude. They treat you horribly. One nurse stood there while I was changing! Talk about uncomfortable. The doctor told me i could leave 45 minutes ago... well I got a needle in my arm waiting on the nurse.. she is just sitting there gossiping! Do your job. Oh and I was crying And the nurse told me "Im going to need you to stop" when she was sticking a needle in my arm! Then looks at my fiancé and says I need you to move.. he was on the other side trying to hold my hand.. wtf. Plus we were here not too long ago for my fiancé headaches and they acted as if he was just trying to get drugs. They were also talking horrible about him at their desk.... horrible place

Sister came for a severe anxiety attack. The Nurse whos name started with an L was extremely unfriendly from the start of the visit. The worst nursing Ive ever witnessed. The way she spoke to someone who is dealing with anxiety is ridiculous! My sisters veins are hard to find to get an IV going. When the nurse was attempting to get one started, my sister was in pain from the needle and said the F word and the nurse pulled out the needle and stormed out of the room and told my sister to watch her mouth!! Luckily, the next nurse was very friendly. She got the needle in immediately. I personally would not ever go to this hospital because of the first nurse "L".

RUDE NURSES,AND DR!!!! They were out in the hallway talking smack about a patient who was being treated a few room down from us. We could hear everything,including the patient asking for a different nurse,and then being told NO!! This girl sounded very sick,and eventually signed herself out,due to the extreme rudeness she was enduring from this nurse and Dr. I hope this young girl files a complaint with the medical board on them. I just wish I had stopped her to give her my #,in case she needed someone to backup her complaint. Never again will I bring anyone to this hospital!!! Nobody deserves to be treated like they treated her!!!

Im a 400lbs man with a throbbing infection between my thighs from a cyst. Im in so much pain I havent slept for two days. They refuse to cut it and relieve it, the gave me Tylenol level meds for the pain, and antibiotics. Wasted money and time going here just because they had no wait, now i know why. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST IN GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL FOR MY WELL BEING.

This should be a last resort kind of place. I took my grandson there when he hurt his ankle and I thought it needed X-rayed. The care was excellent and quick. He turned out to be OK, so they sent him home on crutches. The bill was over $1400!!! For a simple X-ray! Unless you have excellent health insurance with low to zero deductibles avoid this place!

Went in for my appendix (though I didnt know it at the time). The staff was extremely attentive and acted quick to alleviate my pain. Once I learned I needed to have my appendix removed and would need to be transported to another hospital for surgery, they even charged my phone for me so I could contact my family.

Back neck pain after a auto accident. Resident nurse on duty was rude and told me to stop cursing even though i was almost screaming in pain....A little understanding would be nice after a 50+ MPH rear end accident.... Also rushed through entire process. Felt like I was in an assembly line. Will never return.

An emergency room event to get a Doppler reading and to address some other post surgery issues. I had never been there before. Greeting, registration and care by nurses and ER doctor were excellent. This is closer than my usual ER hospital - it is now ER hospital

The nurses are too busy gossiping to pay attention the the patients. Would not recommend, long waits because none of the nurses are doing their jobs. While we were sitting in our room the nurses were having very inappropriate conversations.

I have visited the rehabilitation and testing at good sam and found they both were excellent . The testing center has always been very quick and wasted no time getting you in and out!!

This is a perfect location for anyone living on the Northwest side of Cincinnati needing Healthcare or your Doctors office. Everyone is friendly and helpful when you are there.
