I have had a sub dermal cyst on my cheek for almost a year. I have gone to several drs about it with no resolve. I had worked in an urgent care type clinic when i was in my early 20s and we had lanced and drained cysts almost every day so I looked for a similar type clinic to the one I had worked at and found CVG Concentra urgent care. BIG MISTAKE....like i said, the cyst had been there for almost a year and I had been on all kinds of antibiotics and all sorts of treatments during that time and it would not go away, it NEEDED to be lanced. I told the girls at the front desk that it needed to be drained and that if they were not going to do so I did not wish to stay. I was assured by Ms. Diane Moore, APN (the supposed medical "professional" there) that, "if it needs to be drained" then they "would" do it. I made clear that I had been on antibiotics for the past 7 out of 10 months from various drs and did not want any kind of pills. I ONLY wanted them to lance and drain it. The staff (specifically Diane Moore) proceeded to promise me (in front of my two small children, mind you) that they would take care of it. So, I gave them the debit card and paid for it. Then, when Ms. Moore got me to the back, she could mysteriously no longer see it, claiming that "there is nothing there to cut" or "drain" and seriously kept insisting that I was, and everyone I had been in contact with over the past year, are hallucinating. I have never ever ever been so insulted in my entire life as to be robbed in front of my children like I was that day by Diane Moore and Concentra Urgent Care. When I asked for my money back since that had been all I wanted and what they had agreed to do Ms. Moore proceeded to play word games with me about it by exclaiming that she had "agreed to lance it if it needed to be lanced" but that there was "absoluetly nothing there to cut"!!! HER WORDS!!! In complete shock at what had just happened and in tears I begged her to please please please help me and she just continued to act like she did not see anything on my face, when JUST MINUTES before she had no problem seeing the 2&1/2" in diameter cyst on my right cheek. They were far far far beyond no help. The next day I went to another clinic and it took the doc less than two minutes to decide to cut it open and even took less time doing the procedure than I spent in Concentras lobby....I will NEVER go there again and WILL BE telling every single person that will listen about my experience at this facility for as long as I dealt with it on my face....354 days!!! OUTRAGED!!!

The person who gave the physical when out of her way to attempt to find a reason to not approve my DOT physical. She had no medical basis, but still had me get extra letters from my person doctor and when backed into a corner, finally approved the DOT physical, but didnt approve it for the standard two years. This was an obvious non professional abuse of a person who doesnt deserve to be in this position. I medically past without issue the physical. Then she repeatedly attempted to find any reason to not sign off on it for a week, while not once, being able to site a medical reason for this abusive and discriminatory behavior. I have not ruled out legal action as of yet. I deserve a complete apology from Concentra and this person deserves to be disciplined, reprimanded or possibly fired.

I had an Dot physical test procedure done. This young white female doctor came in the exam room and started asking me questions about my drinking and how many Duis I have had. I looked at her and said are you a cop or medical examiner doctor. She didnt say anything. She had told me go out and get a evaluation from a drug abuse facility.Then I can come back after the evaluation and retake the Dot physical test. This woman has know no clue and its not the hassle to even seek litigation against her. I could probably win the case for discrimination against her and have her reprimanded for this.
