I went to this Imaging company American Health Imaging and had two images done on two separate days back in August 2016. I paid for both days. Today I got a call from a outside collections agency for bills I paid in full. I did my research and they received the checks but did not cash one of them. They sent my name to a outside collection agency for the amount of that check . American health imaging are not answering the Phones so I have to go back to the office to explain in person. I am not happy.

Went for an MRI today at 10/23/2016 for an MRI on my right wrist. Appointment was at 430 and after waiting 30 minutes the tech comes to me and says did you injure your ankle in your fall. I responded no the ankle was injured a year ago and the order they received was also dated from a year ago!!!! HOW THE HELL ARE YOU JUST CATCHING IT NOW AND NOT WHEN THE ORDER WAS FAXED TO YOU A WEEK AGO!!! Will not use them again

Was the longest wait ever. Appt time was at 445, I walked in before another lady and there was already one lady in the office. The lady that walked in after both the waiting lady and I went to the back before they called either one of us to the desk. We all had to fill out the same stuff. I dont see why they took the last lady to walk in instead of the first.

Arrived at 9a.m. for 9:30 appointment. A staff member was just arriving even though office opens at 8 a.m. So here I sit at 10 a.m. and still have not been seen. Why is my time not important? It isnt like a true doctors office where a true emergency could pop up. However, the staff was nice.

I meet Kendrick Green at Dr Pham open hose 3 weeks ago. He shared the saving his company had over hospitals. Hes right. My neighbor used the Austell location for his sinus surgery MRI and not only saved money on the MRI but they covered it with insurance. Wellstar did not. Thanks AHI.

Appointment time was at 6:30 on a Friday. They took me back quickly and got me ready. I was out in less than an hour. Very efficient.
