My mom had kidney disease she also had mental health issues and dementia needed 24 hr care at first the place was great and after her favorite nurse left things went downhill I noticed one visit she had a fever and they waved me off I have came for a visit one time they had her in the room with the heat on high door closed her roommate in the hall in a chair,I came back to see her few days later and they had her on oxygen didnt take her to hospital or nothing I call ambulance and the doctors at Cobb said she was in full renal failure dued to severe dehydration the doctors said her heart was perfect but if the kidneys wouldnt come back she would died and she did a week later.I have all the paperwork in the world to proof they dehydrated her but joone would do anything about it because she was 85 it absolutely sickens me to see the elderly mistreated please do your homework call hospice care they will come to your home and take care of an ageing parent so this wont happen I wish to god I PAIDED better attention and knew the thongs I know now save yourself the trouble dont use this place.

If I could give a 0 I would. They neglected my family member, he is worse now than when he went in. The nursing staff is absolutely TERRIBLE. They have attitude like no other, like make it like the patient is bothering them, they have no damn idea what they are doing. I would not put my worst enemy in this nasty place. We went to pick up some personal belongings that were left and there were ants all of the dresser, with a dirty apple sauce bowl with chewed up gum in it. There was a dirty adult diaper in the drawer that someone shoved in there. DISGUSTING place. Please stay away for your own sake and for your loved one. They just leave people in the wheel chairs half asleep in the halls with no assistants. It is pitiful. If you dont want to help the elderly go get a different job. You idiots. I have already filed a complaint with the state as well as Kennestone hospital has filed a complaint.

I have read many reviews on many sites and they all read the same, nobody likes the place. As for me and my family, we did not ever have a problem. My mom had a stroke and after being in the hospital for 2 weeks, she was discharged to this place. We never had a problem with the staff nor any of the employees there. The only problem we had was when she was admitted, she was put into a room with 3 beds. There was very little room for anyone to visit and as we are a large family and close family, we were constantly up there.We were very pleased with the professionalism and support of the entire staff. As with all facilities, they have a lot of patients and cannot come at your beck and call, but they try and are very accommodating.

Miserable place. If you have any other option, do not use this facility. LPNs are seriously overworked. Nurses are unresponsive and apathetic. Drs are hard to get to , I believe because you have to go through the nurses who just dont care. The food is OK if you stick to the daily menu. The kitchen cant get special orders right. PT is a joke. They handle multiple patient at the same time, sometimes three and four at one time, and give their attention to none. PT is not tailored to what you need and you have to fight for any attention. Unless you have someone who can fight for you daily and keep up with your care plan, youll be ignored.
