I was never able to go to the dentist as a child because my family could not afford it. I now have thousands of dollars worth of dental work that needs to be done. I went to Harbins Dental terrified and embarrassed. Hannah was the first person I met with. She was very friendly and nonjudgmental. She took several exrays and set up a plan to get my gums healthy. I never once felt uncomfortable. I then met with Dr. Lin who was again very friendly and professional. She helped explain what my options were to restore my mouth to a healthy state. We explained the cost and benefits of each stage in a way that I could understand. I have since started the process of getting a healthy mouth. I went in earlier this week and had a deep cleaning with Hannah and also met with Dr. Lin and Stephanie who was also very friendly and professional. I have only been in this office 2 times so far, but I have felt completely comfortable and feel like I am being treated fairly. I cannot stress how comfortable I have felt in this office. Like I said in the beginning, I was terrified and thought I would be judged once they saw what was going on with my teeth. They have done nothing but reassure me that it can be fixed.

The dentist is awesome as is the entire staff! They work hard to make the patients comfortable and they do great work. The comment about "bribing patients for 5 star reviews" is ridiculous. No one at the office even asked our family to write a review of any kind. I have now referred at least 10 people to this practice and they all have had an excellent experience as well!

I went for my first appointment yesterday. All of the staff was very professional and helpful. I was given a complete treatment plan and they explained everything regarding my insurance. Dr. Lin did the first cleaning to check everything. I dont know if that is common practice, but I appreciated that.

Love Dr. Lin! The staff at Harbins Dental are all nice, caring, and makes you feel very comfortable. It was a while since I have been to the dentist and I was hesitant, but the smiles and friendly atmosphere made me feel safe. Highly recommended!!!!

This place has the best staff of any dentist Ive been to. They listen and help with your needs and concerns. They have been working with the oral surgeon on determining the best and most cost efficient plan to get my wifes braces.
