I am very anxious about going to the Dentist - Okay . . . I am very afraid of going to the Dentist. But the team at Charlick Springstead & Wilson Dental Associates put me at ease. They were very compassionate. They took time to explain everything they were going to do. They took time with me. I did not feel like I was rushed or they were in a hurry to get me in and out the door. They made me very comfortable. They continually asked if I was hurting or if I could feel anything. They took time not only to explain the procedures they were doing, but they took time to discuss their findings and why it was important to have something fixed or addressed. I felt more knowledgeable when I left. I have worked in healthcare and I understand the importance and value of communicating effectively with a patient. Charlick Springstead & Wilson Dental Associates go way above and beyond of what is expected... They truly care! I have lived a number of different places around the country. I may have moved my house, my family, and my things. One thing I did not move is my dental care. I would travel back (even up to three states away) just to have Dr. Mark take care of me. I will never move my dental care because of who they are, what they do, and how well they do it. I highly recommend them to you!

Charlick, Springstead & Wilson Dental Associates has a very clean facility. Everything is very organized and they are extremely detail oriented. There are many doctors to choose from. I like the days and hours of operation are perfect for my family schedule. The technology they have in their office is top notch and the rooms are very comfortable with great views. The whole staff is professional and courteous. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this dental office to anyone.

my husband had been avoiding the dentist for years, finally coaxed him in to going, and he said hes never been so embarrassed by all the "sighs" he heard while the dentist and hygienist discussed his treatment with their backs turned to him. they made him like he was a bother for all the work he needed. HELLO? isnt that what we are paying them for? this kind of treatment is what kept him from going in the first place.

Dr. Wilson is by far the best dentist I have had. She is wonderful with kids and adults alike. My son has some special needs, and when he was younger she took her time and worked with us during his visits. From cleanings to x-rays to fillings, she always is patient and cheerful. She has provided the same fabulous service to many friends and family members. I cant say enough great things about her.

I have been a patient of CSW Dental since the 1980s. I have seen multiple associates n that office and cant say anything negative about anyone. They are professional, courteous, and friendly. When I started going to their office I had a lot of anxiety from past experiences and all of that is gone. I have recommended friends and family to them and all have had positive experiences.

The office facility is an upgraded, clean and very friendly environment. The hygienists are all professional and caring as well. They even have a cavity free kids club, where names are entered to win a five foot stuffed animals every few months. The bear my son won once was bigger than he was. Overall, a great facility and makes your visit to the dentist a fun one.

Both my husband and I were very impressed with the practice from the courteous front counter people, to the gentle hygienists, to the knowledgeable dentists. No long waits to make an appointment, no waiting when you arrive for your appointment, very efficient and professional care. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Tara Wilson is our familys favorite dentists. We appreciate the care, time and gentleness she puts into our familys oral hygiene. She has taught us so much about our teeth so far. We have 6 kids and all 8 of us have see her for years. We have seen the other doctors in the practice as well as all of them have been great. Thanks CSW for a great experience.

The doctors seem knowledgeable and the office is clean but 2 awful experiences with the billing portion have guaranteed that we will never return. Services are severely overpriced and never quoted up front so if you have limited or no insurance beware.
