First, Karl S. is wonderful. He finds ways to explain things in a manner that is easy to understand, & never makes me feel rushed (and I tend to have a lot of questions). These traits are rare to find in the medical field these days. Thats why he is also the only reason I still come here. The front office staff is pretty friendly. The nurse who does the blood work is very friendly. The short nurse who always takes me back to the room before the doctor comes in is by far my biggest complaint with this place; she is NOT friendly. Shes not downright rude, but she is cold, distant, and not even polite enough to exchange pleasantries, and Ive NEVER seen the girl smile. Her unfriendly demeanor would be enough to make me go to the Frisco location, but I like Karl so much, that until he leaves, Ill continue to deal with little Miss No Manners. My second complaint is the complete lack of signage. There is NOTHING visible from the service road to let you know where they are, and there is zero signage when you walk in to let you know where to go. But Karl makes it worth it :).

Ive been going to Bent Tree for well over a decade and I always get great care.My go-to ladies are Sarah Gagliano and Nicole Richter. They not only provide great medical care but they LISTEN to me. That means everything. As a patient, I take detailed notes when I feel sick because its easier for them to pinpoint what the issue might be and suss out how to address it. (I learned this from my mother, who suffered from SLE) Not once have I ever felt rushed or unimportant. I have to give a shout out to Jessica Brown, on the nursing staff as well. She fielded many calls from me lately as I recover from my illness. And I mean MANY. She was always patient, understanding and calm. What a gal! Always a good experience whenever I need a physician. Im a Bent Tree patient for life! : )

Ive been going to Bent Tree Family Physicians in Frisco for over 10 years now. Ive had various reasons for visiting ranging from routine to more personal issues. They truly listen to you and will work with you and your lifestyle, rather than just writing a prescription and pushing you along. Sarah A. Gagliano, PA-C, is normally who sees me there. Im currently 44 and she is the most conscientious, knowledgeable, and truly caring physician I have ever seen. Which fits with the rest of the staff at the office Ive had the opportunity to meet. From the nice girl/lady that comes for your blood to the front-desk & billing staff. :-) Thumbs up and would recommend to any family and friends.

I have been a patient of Bent Tree Family Physicians Dallas for the last 16 years seeing Dr. Alma Graza and then Dr. Marjaneh Hedayat both of whom I really trusted and felt really cared. The front office staff are super nice and very accommodating. However, after my experiences with my previous appointment with the PAs nurse, which was bad, but nothing compared to my appointment today I will never step foot in this place again. The Newest PA in this location (there have been many) was patronizing, arrogant and condescending. I have NEVER been treated so badly and felt as awful as I did leaving this "doctors" appointment. NEVER AGAIN.

The Bent Tree Family physicians are money-hungry physicians who totally ignore their professional "Hippocrates Oath" for Patience first. All they care for are money. Now they begin to reject Medicare patients after more than 20 years of services for me. When I tried to transfer my medical records they even have a gall to charge fee for record transfer! Whats a rip-off operation they run!!! Totally disgusted with their unethical if not illegal practice. No wonder we need a National Healthcare Act to mandate and regulate these money-oriented physicians!!!

I have been going to Bent Tree for about a year now. I first saw Anita Lazar and she is so sweet, professional, and very knowledgable! I also see Dr. Hedlund. He is amazing! He talks with you and makes you feel like a person not a patient! He is really helping me with what Im going through! I am so impressed with him! I cant say enough about this group! Would definitely recommend them!!!!

I am disappointed with their service. Because of the mistake of a girl in the front desk I was unduly charged 94 dollars. Now theyre telling me that I have to wait at least two weeks to get my money back. This is very unfortunate since the doctor was very personable, professional. However, from the moment I was greeted at the front desk I knew they didnt know what they were doing.

Dr. Guy Culpepper is by far the best Dr. I have ever had the privilege of seeing. I have been going to Bent Tree for about 5 years and have never been disappointed in the care I have received. Courteous staff, easy appointment scheduling, and Dr. Culpepper does not rush in and rush out, he spends all the time I need, answering questions and making me feel heard.

Watch out because this office still charges for a yearly physical/exam even tho by law it should be free since its preventive care. And that includes no copay for yearly physical. UPDATE : I called my insurance and told them what happened so they called bent tree and now they are issuing me a refund. So just make sure they know it is covered.

Our family physician "was" Dr. Mark Hedlund and my five year old became ill on a Saturday. Called for appointment on Saturday & I was told booked for the day but they can see him on Tuesday. Unacceptable and when I asked what other physician they recommend when they are booked, receptionist responded I dont know maybe a urgent care or ER...
