I have had 2conversations with a women who identified herself to be the clinic manager. I am in disbelief at the complete hostility that I felt from this person. I was asked a series of questions that I had no problem answering. The questions were in regards to why I wanted to establish care. I informed her that my biggest concern was because I have a genetic blood clotting disorder and was on lifetime blood thinner medicine and needed to have that medicine monitor ed.As it is potentially harmful if the dosage in not correct. She continued to ask me if I had chronic pain issues. I told her that while I did have pain issues I was given a referral to be seen at a pain clinic in Triple cities and they were going to manage that issue so I did not need this dr.to address that. I went on to say that I have been a patient with a pain clinic in the Tacoma area for many years with no incidents. And since I am new to the area I was given a referral to manage my ongoing problems with pain at a credible Pain Clinic. This women somehow had a issue. I have been told that by seeing a a provider for my blood thinners and other day to day issues and seeing a separate provider for pain management was the correct way to handle this. Still, this lady spoke to me with such disdain I was frankly offended. I am a person who is trying to do things honestly and openly in a way as to not make any Dr . uncomfortable or make them feel that I am trying to manipulate them into prescribing anything they are not comfortable with. I also know that this Dr currently has a patient who has had an unnecessary fusion in their neck to continue to receive pain medication and I know of another person who receives pain medication and is in my opinion over medicated. I never wanted this Dr. to proscribe that type of mens for me. Instead I would rather have a Dr who specializes in that area. So to the office manager who was disgustingly rude to me I say , look at the current patients and their agenda instead of being rude and condescending to new patients who never wanted to put this Dr. or office in a compromising position. After the awful way I was treated I will look elsewhere and you can have those patients who are interested in making a mockery of This clinic. This post was meant for Mansfield family clinic in SOAP LAKE, Wa. So sorry

Dr. Ray is the best! Quality care and not a pharmaceutical pusher. Looks at healing the whole body using functional medicine practices and supplements and only using drugs when other possible natural solutions have not worked. So wonderful to finally have a doctor that is proactive in my health and actually cares. As complex as my situation is, and difficult to diagnose and treat, I never had a dedicated practitioner to help me get to the bottom of my issues and I feel like I finally do. For the first time in years I have hope for a better quality of life and I am already noticing positive changes in just a few short weeks. Thank you Dr. Ray! You have a patient for life!
