Dr. Katzen has quite possibly the best bedside manner of ANY doctor. I adore him. Have been going to this location for over 20 years, but originally saw another doctor. Lucked into Dr. K once when my doc was unavailable and have remained loyal since. He is HONEST, patient and understanding and has a FANTASTIC sense of humor. My blood pressure probably drops ten points after spending a few minutes with him and I always leave his office in a great mood, no matter what the day has thrown my way before my appointment.

Being new to the area and searching for a new PCP, I checked patient reviews and he had only one very bad review for a misdiagnosis. Gave him the benefit of the doubt but when feeling sick with bad headaches he gave me a prescription for depression (but I didnt know what it was and trusted him) and I started feeling worse and I found out it was a sinus infection! He felt like a know-it-all and wouldnt listen to me. I know no one is perfect but, he mistreated me plus treated me with no respect!

Not only that he was able to address my issues with my health but he has been successful to control my health issues. I am so grateful with his staff his nurses are wonderful and so caring.
