I was absolutely blown away with my experience with One Medical. I woke up this morning in a ton of pain and didnt have a primary care doctor that I could turn to or who could even get me in first thing in the morning today. After a quick Google search for my choices in the area, I remembered hearing about One Medical on the radio. Since I live very close, I figured its worth a shot. It really IS a doctors office reinvented. From scheduling my appointment so easily online to the amazing customer service before, during, and after my appointment to everyone who took care of me. I felt incredibly valued, and for once, I felt heard. Completely blown away. Appointment was right on schedule and the doctor spent the right amount of time with me to figure out what was going on and then explained everything to me until I understood the next steps. Even though Im still in a ton of pain, I know that I will be better in a few days because she found the right course of action. I also know that if I get worse, I have the ability to reach out at anytime, day or night, to see if what Im experiencing is normal or if I need to go to the hospital. Ive never had that kind of care before. That is such a comforting feeling and way better for my health. Ive recommended One Medical to everyone I have come into contact with today. I always promote world-class customer service organizations and this place definitely earned that title today!

This place is awesome. Aesthetically its very nice. The staff is nearly too nice. I was there early one morning and heard how politely the doctors and staff treated one another as they came in for work. They were laughing, smiling, and having fun with one another. To see that group of bright attitudes walking through the door is very reassuring. People here are easy to get along with, they like their jobs, and they are happy- which is super important in any service industry. Technology is well leveraged and makes treatment both quick and easy. Thank you for putting these awesome docs together in a doctors office that uses technology THAT MAKES SENSE Dr Tsai is the man.

This office and medical group has been the best doctor office experience I have had in a very long time. From the receptionist to the laboratory technician and including the doctor Thomas Tsai. They are all wonderful, very professional, on time, very thorough, and pleasant to work with. I have spent the last four years avoiding primary care doctor offices because of negative experiences. I am fortunate to have found this Doctor Tsai and this office.

I love this business model, it is extremely patient centered, I get the treatment I need in an environment that is comfortable and inviting, no detail too small... be it the cloth towels in the bathroom, or the lovely water in the lobby... Maria Morton is an amazing gem... I hope more medical professionals are able to adopt a similar format... the app and email option is even that much more convenient... cannot give this place high enough praise...

The best! I followed Dr. Patel from another practice to One Medical. Its a little bit of a drive from where I live, but well worth the trip. The best general physician Ive seen in my life - most importantly, very easy to communicate with (including social media). One Medical has a great app & website, making setting up appointments easier than ordering something from Amazon. I cannot possibly recommend them highly enough.

My doctor is very helpful and makes sure I am taken care of. The staff is always smiling and friendly. My appointments have been on time :). There is also an app that you can download for your personal information, speak with a nurse and you can message the doctor directly. Dr. Tsai has honestly saved me by my coordination of care. I do not want to think what would have happened to me had I not started going here!

The San tan office is amazing today I situation when I called I was answered by a lady named Lauren she was not just friendly but very helpful and from my experiences she went beyond and above what service I am use to. Pay a small yearly fee for access to this clinic, and you will be seen on time and treated well in a beautiful, clean office with great staff. Their app is amazing...I can request refills and make appts, all without calling the office. Lab draws can be done from the office too, to avoid the nightmare of lapcorp!

The best experience Ive ever had at a doctors office. They dont waste my time and money scheduling unnecessary appointments or tests. The doctor is with you the whole time and takes the time to answer all your questions. This is the future of healthcare and I am soo glad I spent the money to join. Very worth it

I have been coming to this office for over a year now and could not be happier! Dr. Tsai has genuine concern for his patients and the whole staff is so helpful. I have never before been to an office where the lab person offered to make me some tea while I waited. This place is fantastic!

Dont believe the hype. This California based company has nice Ikea furniture, but they are no better then any other doctors office. They are not fast at returning emails, Nd even less helpful on the phone. Save you $99 membership fee
