I wish I would have done my research before picking this place. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE. SO CALL DOCTORS here are so uneducated to the point, Do they really have a degree? They treat their patients like trash. When checking for the baby heart they dont tell you anything. You pee in a cup they dont tell you if it looks normal or not. The assistants are the same why. They come in check you pressure, urine and temperature and dont say anything. I hate this place, I dont even want this place to deliver my baby. Towards the end of pregnancy they dont talk to me about inducement or anything. Im 40 weeks in when I ask they give me bullshit. I never went thru this when I had private insurance over 13 years I had good health insurance and this is my 1st time use medicaid in I never had it. With private insurance you receive great services from your OBGYN health care. I never carried my last baby 40 weeks almost 41 weeks. Once 39 weeks I was induced no problem great help in the delivery room. Do not go to this place. The assistants come in the room cleaning while Im still in the room being seen. This is a Ghetto place. They need to do better by their patients because you are trusting these (Doctors) with your life and you newborn baby life. In by making a person feeling fear with them in questioning there services while there in delivery room. They need to go back to training.

The building itself is really nice but Ive had a lot of issues with this place. It took me over a month of calling and chasing down doctors to get my rhogam shot that they stressed was so important to me. Not to mention the doctors dont seem like they care, I understand they are busy but your dealing with people who are pregnant and with this being my first baby i have lots of questions and they rush through my questions. They dont care about what Im concerned about they get in and out as fast as they can. Its not very comforting.

I really like this new location, the reason why i did not give 5 stars to this location is because two weeks ago, I was seen by Dr. RIVERA and when i was explaining all my concerns and my past medical history, he kept repeating "your past does not matter". So if that information does not matter to him why would I want to have him as my Dr? My health and my baby to be born really matter to me, and i think it should matter enough for my Dr. To even hear my past medical history and concerns.

I have never been treated so poorly!!! I have been trying to talk to someone all day and got the run around than finally talked to someone and they said someone would call me back.. didnt happen than i call back again and they tell me there is no dr in and to go somewhere else.. I do not reccommend this place!!! Worse customer service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I suggest avoiding going here at all costs. The workers are incompetent and not helpful what so ever. I waited three hours to see a doctor for an annual and then he said he was unable to do one. He also forgot to send over my prescription and I had to call three times to finally get in sent to the right pharmacy.

Customer service is good. The waiting room is pretty small and some people was left standing for long periods of time. In my opinion since this is an OB-GYN place, most people was there either because of pregnancy and had little ones in tow.

My experiences here have always been pleasant. I make morning appointments and normally in and out within 2 hours max. The doctors amd staff always treat me kindly.
