Awful service! Unfriendly staff and unprofessional personnel. I was seem for an infection in my eye. After waiting almost 2 and a half hours I Was given a prescription for dry eye relief, and an appointment on the "mobile eye bus" for an eye exam and most likely some new glasses. Thank God I had some eye drops left from when my daughter had pink eye a few months ago and used them to clear my eye after receiving no relief with the "prescribed dry eye drops" They moved the bus to a location not on my appointment card, I arrived on time to my appointment and was told the bus was at the southeast location. I went to southeast and was told because I was late I had to wait another week to be seen. The woman was rude and unpleasant when I asked why no one notified me of the change in location. She said she wasnt the one making the calls so she didnt know. She said my choices were to reschedule or leave! I called and asked to speak with someone in charge and was given an address where i could send my hand written complaint! I was only seeking help for mild head aches blurry vision and an eye infection and have been left with the cost of driving all over the place taking time off of work, blurry vision and a terrible head ache after taking care of my own pink eye!

The front desk ladies are very friendly, I appreciate being able to walk in. After waiting about an hour I was seen by a nurse whom was nice and friendly. However two males walked in my room one being Dr. Hiemstra and the other I assume he is a student training or learning. Never was I told what he was in there for, until the doctor was giving him information of my symptoms while checking me. The doctor lifted my shirt to check my breathing but never asked if he could lift my shirt (awkward) that usually doesnt happen. He was not personal at all and said I could sit wherever I was most comfortable as he had to fill out the STUPID paperwork. So I asked him if I had bronchitis (since I heard him tell the other male in the room), he replied yes. I was then given a slip which I thought was a prescription and asked him if I can just pick up at their pharmacy. He replied wherever you told them too, I was confused because I was never asked where I would like my prescription to be sent to. I hope to never come back here again thank God I have insurance Ive not taking the time to shop around and choose the best family pratice that I would like for my family and I.

Customer service horrible. The front desk of Edgar Price is completely unable to answer one question. The ladies are unpleasant, unpolished and stupids. I went today there, 06/26/2017, and nobody knew why I paid more for the consultation. I called to main office and the lady the financial department, didnt know to explain and turn off the phone in my face. Im going this company 10 years, and never had problems, but today was indescribable. Today, 06/27/2017 I had a big surprise. A fantastic lady the name Tiffany Hardin, RN , BSN, Director of Nursing Operations called and asked me about what happened the day before. I explain the problem, and she invited me to go her office. There she asked in details about what happened and tried the all ways help me. And she really could, with help the another fantastic person the name Maria Santos, Financial Manager. Im so grateful this persons. Really the Group MCR is investing in the best professionals. Thank you so much this persons and this Group.

I just tried to get an appointment. They said I need to come to their office, fill out a form, and if they want they will giver me an appointment sometime in the end of March. Its January 3rd right now. So, theyre soooo busy they cant even help my wife for 3 months, and they are sooo selectivre that they have a form to help them decide if youre worthy of their time. Then, a jerk guy on the phone tells me that if I cant wait until March to use the emergency room at the hospital. Like those are my only 2 choices, emergency room or wait for them. The emergency room suggestion was the response from them when I asked for a referral or name of another doctor who may have more availability. Dont go here, they seem like real jerks and way too busy to help.

My husband arrived for his appointment on time just to have blood drawn. The lady at the window said she could not it in the system. Then they looked again and found it. Wow really. The appointment only took 2 minutes but we waited 45 just to get blood drawn. Really they need to get their act together
