I am very disappointed in Orgin clinic and weight loss. I was put in a room and forgotten plenty of times. They charge your insurance 150 one visit and 250 the next and they dont even do anything for you. I cant get any medicine and when I was out of work on Fmla it took them three weeks to get my info so I went back to work the dr didnt even fill my forms out then I got re injured and had to go back to the dr and they still didnt get my forms done. I stayed there just to wait for them to fill them out. My husband goes there too and he had plenty of medicines and some reason they dont want to give him any more all blood pressure medicine n depression meds and havent even made an appt for him to get them.

This is by far the most unprofessional and unorganized office I have every worked for. So many things are done illegal and just pushed to the side unless they are threatened. The practice manager has 0 experience in medical back ground and is a total snake. I know they mess lab orders up and will give patients wrong results due to mixing up specimens just to cover the business. Narcotics are just given out in large quantities by the male nurse practitioner without consent from the DR and the practice manager covers it up because they are having sexual relations. This business is a joke and not a real DR office.

I was last a patient back in July. I now live in Michigan and have been trying to get my medical records since August and after repeated calls, messages and emails, I am still waiting. I have many health issues and some cannot be taken care of without my records. I dont know what else to do, do I have to get on a plane from Michigan to Florida to get my records. No one, returns my messages and I am always left on hold for over 10 minutes.

Dr. Izeiyamu stated he looked over my general bloodwork, but theres no way he could have since it was done at the VA and he had no access. Also, if you do choose to go here, be sure to get a written prescription in hand. They will not check to make sure it actually goes through and if you make a fuss about it not being received by the pharmacy they get snippy and just say We sent it.

I have only been once so far,but I found everyone to be kind and professional. They seem to not only care about what is going on with you, but they are willing to do what they can to get to the bottom of your complaints and look to all methods to find answers. I will update later as I have experienced more appointments, if there is any change of opinion, but so far so good.

Very professional. Warm disposition. Make you feel at ease. My wait time was minimum. Everyone was very nice and courteous. The care professionals listened to what I had to say. They get the job done. They only give meds for what you really need unlike some doctors who just write you scripts because they get a kick back. I am very pleased to have them for my medical care.

I have worked for origins as well as a paitent there. I have never had a problem with them! Love them the office manager is great and is very very understanding! The arnps and the drs are all kind and have great bed side manners! Was very very please and still am!!

Dont have any complaints! Love everyone there, they always do the very best they can at getting patients in and out, if you have to sit for a while theres normally a very good reason that you have to! I highly recommend this office to all! ♡♡
