Terrible, terrible experience here. I was constantly rescheduled with new doctors and when I showed up for my appointments I was told I could only see my primary care physician. Understood. But why am I constantly being rescheduled? No answer. I had chronic pain in my neck and was given a very strong prescription for it, yet the doctor did not understand my situation. Why are you writing prescriptions when in your notes (read to me by another dr that I was rescheduled with) it read "not sure what the problem is will revisit in 2 months". 1. If im having chronic pain the lines of communication need to be open. I need a full explanation of what the issue is and how it needs to be taken care of. This is my body and I only get one. 2. This type of negligence seems to happen on a regular basis here and this is my 6th visit and will be my last. 3. I was asked after my 2nd visit (being treated well and not being rescheduled or inconvenienced at all) what type of insurance I had. I said "state assistance". From that point on everything changed. I understand TO AN EXTENT the implications on your pockets and compensation when it comes to state assistance, but if you dont want to treat me SAY SO. I have shown up to my appointments and literally had each doctor start going through my file only to say, " i cant help you, you need to get on you primary care doctors schedule". This is my last visit to this location and I hope this review serves warning to any further visitors.

Is there a zero option?? OBGYN is a joke, I saw midwives, I didnt even know the name of the OBGYN that was charging my insurance. As I tried to switch over they gave me mis-information and dis-information. Apparently the Brandywine office is the only office that has the medical records and I need a Medical Release Form that is sent by the new medical office sent to me then re-sent to my new medical office to be re-sent to the Brandywine office. If you are not careful they will not give you the right information just to get you out of the office. Stay until you at least get one fax out of the way, then go to Brandywine to make sure that they do their unnecessary job. :P

Where is the zero rating at? I usually am not the one to complain. But, if I am going to rate a place, I will have too. this place is awful. The second time that I paid for a physical and never been seen for the physical became my last straw. The nurses are very unpleasant and rude. My first appointment I ever made, I wasted my copay. The physical wasnt a physical at all. The second time that I made the so called physical. I didnt eat for 12 hours, I almost fainted because they told me that I wasnt put down for a physical... The crazy thing that I truly dislike about the place is waiting for ever to place or schedule and appointment!

They have some of the most dedicated doctors I have ever met. You may end up waiting a while if theybare swamped but the quality of care is worth it.
