My experience was awesome! Dr. Michael A. Klein is not only handsome and attractive. Hr gave my left toe the proper care and attention needed. The procedure I had done was the removal of my left toe nail due to friction from my tennis shoes rubbing against my toe from standing too long. It was severly damaged and bruised it needed to ne removed. Dr. Klein gave me suggestions on what he recommended. I asked him what he recommended before I made my decision. He is patient and friendly. His staff offers the best customer service. The receptionist Nina and her staff greeted me at the entrance and spoke to me throughout my procedure until I left. I highly recommend this place for superior service. I was in/out literally for an hour. I love the environment was clean, neat and nothing out of place.

I have been a patient at laurel foot and ankle center for the past year and a half and felt that I could not have chosen a better group of doctors, I find their office to be very friendly and professional, I have never felt rushed and the doctors have always addressed all my problems in a timely manner, the wait time is the best I have ever seen and my feet are the better for having chosen the team at laurel foot and ankle center, I would definitely recommend these awesome team of doctors and their very knowledgeable front office staff.

Had an issue with my foot which I pretty much knew what it was. Got referrals for the area and this was the second call I made. When the office was able to see me that day at a time that worked with my scheduled I was please. I arrived with pre-filled patient forms and got seen at my expected time. Dr. Smith has a great "cool" presence for someone who likes to smile and laugh. I will definitely go back or recommend. The staff is efficient as well.

But to my surprise I got put into a room within 8 minutes of me sitting down. They were very fast! I was greeted by a very insightful doctor, Dr. Smith, who knew exactly how to help with my heel problem. I would definitely recommend to anyone with foot problems!
