Have been here for over an hour and a half for pre employment drug testing, along with 8 others. They have not called one single person back in that time. This is outrageous. Not like I can even leave and go somewhere else....I HAVE TO PEE!!!!!

I called to pay my balance and was spoken to very disrespectful to by "Shay." She treated me as though I was a bother to call and pay my balance. (I was not a late or overdue payment, either)

9:00 appointment and was not called back until 10:30. I cant stand places that do not value your time. An hour and a half is absolutely unacceptable!
