This post is towards the ridiculously long time I had to wait to be seen. I was eventually diagnosed with strep throat and sinus infection, double whammy, so I was feeling pretty crappy waiting literally 2 hours. Not exaggerating, not kidding. Came in at 5 pm and didnt get done and out until 7 pm. It wasnt busy with staff running evey which way trying to get things done. Relatively slow, granted with 4 parties waiting to be seen in each of the exam rooms and two parties ahead of me when I came. The TV displayed behind the front desk displayed the three doctors available that day. There must have only been one of the three working because I wasnt called back until an hour later, then another 45 minutes for the doctor to come in and check me over. The doctor I had, Dr. Raymond Sterling, was a great doctor, I felt. He actually took the time to check me over, ask me questions about what was wrong and if any history of other/recurring illnesses, and adequately supplied me with the necessary prescriptions and recommended everything else that is OTC for my sinus infection (saline spray, zyrtec/claritin, etc). I was satisfied with the doctor.experience but definitely not the office experience. In my opinion Dr. Sterling should get his own office. This experience was horrible with how badly I felt waiting for.2 hours. Never again.

I dont usually do these reviews but I cant help myself this time. I took my son there to get checked out because daycare said his temp was 102. The Dr. came in and looked in his ears, gave him a strep and flu test, and gave him an overall check-up. The doctor proceeds to say "just keep up the fluids and ibuprofen, it looks like an upper respiratory issue." I had a bad feeling about this but we left and went home. At 2:00 am, my son woke up with a fever of 103!!!!! We went straight to the ER. Come to find out my son had a DOUBLE ear infection! This place is ridiculous! How could the doctor not have seen this? I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! Your better off going to the ER!

Super long wait and I had an appointment. When I got in here there was no one in the waiting room. I saw two patiemts walk in after me. It took the nurse 35 minutes before coming in to take my vitals and then another hr to see the doctor. I literally sat in the room for a hour and a half waiting to be seen, and there not even busy. Dnt come here! I shouldve known when they have a 2 star rating. Thy close at 10 pm my appointment was at 8:45. You would think they want to go home

I will never go back or take my child there ever again the Doctor had an Attitude she showed that she didnt wont to be Working today the Doctor name was DR.Steiert .. She told me there was nothing she can do to help me when I told her my Symptoms the Nurse had an I dont care attitude the staff was on the phone.. I wont recommend anyone to go to this right time or see this DR.STEIERT... She its an really good Doctor who cares.. I waste my time an still sick.

Dont let them fool you. Wed have better doctor wait times at the ER. Even though you schedule an appt, and wait two hours before coming here so you can be on time, they think its okay to have you wait and wait and wait. Three hours in total and counting. Youd think these guys were plucked from the MVA. What a joke. *Update* Three days later and still no follow-up call with strep test results. What a joke.

Normally I am quite pleased but today I am annoyed. I dont know what system they are testing but I am used to being able to make an appointment and being seen upon arrival. This is what made them more appealing over Patient First. This walk in crap is for the birds. 10 people in front of me. May have to explore other options. Unique appeal has been lost. Oh and still have not been seen!!!

The office did not seem busy but we spent almost 2 hours there. The staff was very unprofessional (no one introduced themselves when coming in the room) and the PA was not comfortable examining my baby. She did not ask appropriate questions or perform a thorough exam. I recommend you avoid this place altogether but especially if you have a baby or child.

I take my kids and family there. Their customer service, cleanliness and attentiveness is second to no other Urgent Care facility. I even had an urgent need for medication by some family members who were here from overseas. They were able to get service and their childrens prescriptions relatively quickly.

There was a super long wait to see a physician assistant who prescribed the wrong treatment but got the diagnosis correct (1 star work for 5 star pay, *ouch*). Youd be better served going to your primary doctor, a better urgent care facility, or the ER.

Made an appointment. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours before I was seen. I called the Righttime number to complain. They said I needed to make a formal complaint to a PO Box, that they needed to give me the address for. Then she hung up on me

Came in with an allergic reaction with 2 small kids. They all helped me right away and gave kids a popsicle while we waited for my husband. Appropriate treatment and good customer service. Thank u

Dont see Diane Whipple,Shes so rude and has an attitude as if youre interrupting her day because of an illness you caused. I was flabbergasted being left untreated when I walked out.
